The funny part is I haven't used the find function yet. Maybe I should....lol.
I haven't said that I think he's a VI. I just said that it is a possible explanation for his behaviour. I have not said anything about wanting to lynch him or not. What I said is that it looks like he wants to be lynched. Please do not twist my words.
My theory is that he wants to get lynched.
VI is certainly a possibility, but then it seem too obvious that he wants to get lynched. Why would he be so obvious with pics and his defense of Mal? He could achieve his goal as a VI with being less obvious. I just have an uneasy feeling about him. Something is not quite right.
My theory is that he wants to get lynched. I rank that as a probability. Why, I don't know. I am not him. Being the VI is a possibility and may be an explanation for why he wants to get lynched.
I'll use my interrogate. My first instinct was to use it on BPC for his spam post. I won't do that though since his post could very well be a VI post. I don't know who to interrogate yet. Just read the last 10 pages or so in one go and haven't processed them fully yet.
Bolding is mine. I don't think Gory is a plain and simple VI because then he would have played it bad. He's too smart for that. I do not know what he is, so VI is a possibility, but I doubt it.So that's twice you specifically use the term 'VI', and once you imply it. Still want to deny that you think Goryani is a VI? You can say "I never said I didn't want to lynch him" all you like, but if you didn't have any reservations about him flipping VI, then you wouldn't bother to bring it up. It'd be as simple as "Goryani is acting scummy. Let's lynch him tomorrow."
My bad. I meant to say "not vote".Look at the above quote again please.
Look at the bolded and underlined part. How is "not vote" the same as "unvote"?
Anyway, my point is that Gory did not ask at all about Mal and his action, but indirectly asked about what Mal thought about dj's actions. That is not putting Mal under pressure at all. It's quite a stupid question also. The day was not long into the day and it's only dj's 2nd game. Gory knows that dj probably doesn't know how to present his findings correct and back it up with a vote.
ugh, sleep is good, not so good when you wake up to this....
well anything i say from here on is going to be disregarded anyway, but ill still claim.
I am Mr.Freeze, roleblocker, and 2 shot killer, anti town.
Unfortunately for me there are no other members in my mafia group, i beleive there are several 1-man groups of mafia floating around. In the batman comics and movies, when do you ever see 4+ villians team up? it doesnt happen.
well good game fellas, Dj- wether you are town or just a rival mafia group, good job, and yes- my defence was rather poor.
PS- I did not kill drixx, i roleblocked Gory though, thinking he was likely a rival scum who might kill me after my decent performance yesterday

No? Are these not your words?
Post 316, in reference to Goryani. The most common reason someone wants to get lynched is what?
Post 319, also in reference to Goryani.
Post 329, again in reference to Goryani.
So that's twice you specifically use the term 'VI', and once you imply it. Still want to deny that you think Goryani is a VI? You used the same arguments about BPC yesterday.
Why are you so hesitant to lynch a perceived Village Idiot? If someone is acting scummy, then lynch them.
"I never said I didn't want to lynch him" please quote where I said I wanted to lynch him or said I didn't want to lynch him! You are doing the same twisting of words you did with thefranklin with excatly the same phrase. I first thought it was him who twisted my words, but he denied that and got me checking. It was you there as well.
Well this a quite early and blunt accusation. If this isn't a rolecop claim I don't know what it is. You said “Meow†at the end of one of your posts, is this also a Catwoman claim? This would make sense for a watcher/tracker.
If you got a vibe from him that he was town, why investigate him? Not someone you thought might be a little more scummy? I understand that you did it because you think he got a little mad, but surely you could have investigated maybe one of the people up for prosecution.
We could attribute such an early claim to being fairly new and not being 100% sure about what to do, but it does seem incredibly bold. I know in my second game, I would never have made a bold call but he just be trying to make a name for himself, and sticking himself out there, showing he can play this damn game too. At this point, I have to go with dj, I just don’t see him being scum.
@dj: If this is true, then that is a mighty big target you have painted on yourself.
I heard the guy who invented the Jump to Conclusions mat made like a million dollars off of it. A million dollars!
It started because he hasn’t said anything. He hasn’t accomplished anything either. We just want to hear from him, but nothing is being said.
As to prosecute. I would like to hear much more from all of them. I'll use my prosecute on BPC. I'd really like to see if he's going to contribute or not.
QUOTE]
Yes, yes I shall contribute! The past couple days have been a bit of a … haze. Anyways, as for your thoughts on Gory, I have to agree. I’m not seeing any ort of thought coming from him, just some idle chatter and attempts at witty posts, but right now I am pretty sure the main focus is on Mal and we can easily come back to Gory later.
Mal said he is going out for a bit and he is in New Zealand. CDM has not posted.
As for votes right now, I don’t want to put Mal at lock-1 considering we have over 24 hours to do so.
As for the prosecution, CDM hasn’t posted, but I don’t feel like this is quite scummy and a train on him is a bit much right now. OMG has been fairly useless and I haven’t seen anything useful come out of him. I don’t trust it and I want to hear something serious from him.
Prosecute: omwtfbbqpwned
@mal: As for my vote on Val, I was just screwin’ around considering he was commenting on how no one wanted to prosecute him. I did take the vote off, it just took a while as I was ahem in a state of umm… drunkenness?
2nd paragraph just screams: why didn't you investigate the people on the list, they're not on my team!!! It's also the goal of investigative roles to try to catch scum, not townies.
This post is also on topic, large, and looks to be helpful. That bothers me. I asked toy many questions and asked you to contribute last game and you never did any of that. Looks like a change of style to me (town last game)
I already did quote it. See back on Day One where you elected not to Interrogate BPC because he might have been a VI. This shows that you're unwilling to move forwards with lynches on people you think are VIs. By the Associative Property, this applies to Goryani until you show me otherwise. As I said before - If Goryani is acting scummy, then lynch him for being scummy. Stop trying to find excuses for why he might be acting scummy.
I am not twisting words. I'm asking for clarification on words that you said and showing how I perceive them. If I'm wrong, then show me how I'm wrong.
Day One is now.
You talk about Twilight and a comment about BPC who just spammed at that point which was quite early into Twilight as well. What does that have to do with Gory?
You still can't quote where I said anything about wanting to lynch Gory or not lynch him. Neither can you quote where I said I think he might be a VI. I said there is a possibility he's a VI which is something else than thinking he is a VI.
So you're saying that after all those words you said about Goryani, you have no opinion on whether he should be lynched or not?
That is correct. I won't have to make up my mind before next day. Hopefully there will be more posts by then which will help me to find out about that. I don't even know if I live to see tomorrow. Any reason you think I should make up my mind tonight with about 20 hours to go for D1 when there is no possibility to lynch Gory?
Have you made up your mind about lynching him?
The bolded reason is a very good one. If you think you might die, don't you want the town to have your thoughts to use as a reference? Additionally, people who wait to take a stance on an issue before hearing what the rest of the town has to say are typically the people who want to make sure their stance is the same as the rest of the town. Catering to the crowd, so to speak.
If he's acting scummy, then lynch him for being scummy. I currently have two targets I'd like to see lynched before him.

Val's playing with his Jump To Conclusions mat. It sounds like you are assuming djm is a watcher/tracker. Therefore, wouldn't the target be Drixx?
The most obvious reason for someone who wants to be lynched is what again? You may have not specifically uttered the words, but you implied heavily.
thefranklin said:What if he is the joker and when we lynch him he gets an extra kill or something? Or he is a VI that takes people with him?
This, also, is hilarious to me. Where's Sathoris when you need him? I require a snarky "How I wish I could vote more people today" comment!
Yes, sorry. I tend to remove votes from quotes, as to not confuse a moderator who is using the Find function to count votes.
And you know I like to come up with awesome theories, it's called thinking and fun to do.
Or are you scum with Mal and/or Gory, which is why you have two suspects before them (but conveniently leave them un-named, right after lecturing Moar about getting her thoughts out for everyone to analyze) and why you have not prosecuted or even remotely followed up on BA.
If your name was up for prosecution, I'd be voting you. Moar as well, since twice now she's labeled someone as a possible VI.
Thinking up 'awesome theories' is what scum like to do. Finding evidence of what actually happened is what townies do. You can What If all day long, but without some kind of hard evidence, all your'e doing is sowing confusion and mistrust.
Anyone with even a little bit of reading comprehension would realize that the two I want lynched are you and Moar. Don't be obtuse.
If he's acting scummy, then lynch him for being scummy. I currently have two targets I'd like to see lynched before him.
I don't think I have seen him posting pics in a game thread before
and his "attempt" at defending Mal was so weak that it basically screamed "lynch me next".
A town Gory wouldn't act that stupid.
