Annihilus cheating

have you been cheated with annihilus trading (or gheeds trading)?

1.Where?
2.How?
3.What did you loose?

I dont remember all losses but what i remember is shako, tal amu, arky+2 and 1 annihilus...... :/

I suppose that there is no use to send this cheaters account to blizzard or battle.net, am i right?

They didn't cheat, they were simply smarter than you. Don't trade anihilusses, simple as that. If you don't drop your stuff you don't lose anything.
 
huoh?? i wasnt whining "they took my stuff", just asked what experience people has about anni trading! couldnt care less about those stuff they stole, so im not whining!?
Ok, ill make question different: Tell me about experience how other players have been SMARTER than you in annihilus trading :pp
 
Heh, i see we're back to flaming

I've joined several games just to see what kinda scam people have going. One is where you drop the anni by the second entrance to the sewers and he drops whatever up above it. (The place over looking it.) Then a second person comes in (co - scammer) spams that he needs whatever item is being traded for the anni. The scammer states that you were there first and tells him he'll have to wait. The person in the meantime has gone up to sewers 2 wp and hides just inside the 2nd sewers entrance door - actually inside. If you drop the anni, he should drop his item and then when you move to get his item, he picks his item up....and since you're too far at this pt to pick it up, his co-scammer comes in and takes your item. Watch out for this one. Basically trade involving act 2 seems to be scam infested. LOL

I even went into a game where the name was "Xfer for me" and he wanted me to stand in the inner corner of the tavern and watch him drop his unique tiara - outta my reach of course...lol and then proceeded to come up to the corner as close as he could and tell me to drop my shield - mh user--since i have hoz.. "just so you dont take the item" I laughed at him and told him just how stupid he was. Well..the sad thing is, is that some people will actually do it...
 
A couple of weeks ago some sorc wanted to trade my gheed for a shako.
She/ he dropped the shako and picked it up. I dropped my gheed but wasn't able to pick it up :rant:
....end of the story: the sorc picked my gheed and disappeared.
I dont know if this is a hack or some kind of bug, maybe that someone can tell me :cheesy:

so your telling us u was going to scam the guy then... sad

ive been in a game and a guy sed 2 drop my botd and he would drop his anni outside the palace in act2 but he was dodge lookin druid so i didnt take risk cos just beat dc and get a anni is easy enuff.
 
He means he dropped his for the trade but the Sorc was able to grab her Shako and the charm before he could react. I think?

I think the only fair way to do it is a private game with only you and the trader. You both drop your item at opposite sides of the screen. You both hold down ALT and then someone says go. You just run past each other to your other item. Assuming both people are of equal speed there is pretty much no chance of one of your grabbing your item and beating them back to theirs.

Maybe I'm missing something, but seems the most likely the me.
 
lol anything that involves dropping items is a scam (99% of the time) if u really need to trade annihilus id only trade it to a friend... if your silly enough to drop a item then expect to loose it... its a sad world that people arent honest and have to scam people cause they suck and thats the only way they can get good items... in a perfect world you would be able to drop the charm and the trade go succesfully but unfortunately this world is full of arseholes...

Not exactly. What really happened is that my gheed lies on the floor and i could not pick it up anymore..
-- 2 seconds later the sorc picked it up and disappeared.

sounds like the sorc used telekinesis and the game lagged, making you think the item was still on the ground?

I was under the impression TK could only be used on gold and potions kinda items in 1.10?
