Ax - I have 40-45 Rals for you. I'll be on for a short period tonight, probably sometime between 9 and 10.
I still have lots of runes for testing, but a desperate shortage of 2os Orbs to test in. Once orbs are done through Pul+Pul, I'll be happy to start seriously testing other item types.
EDIT: BTW, here are the runes needed to finish Orbs through Pul+Pul

I have enough of all runes up through Io, and will be able to trade higher runes down for enough of all the rest. The limiting factor is the availability of 2os Orbs, of which we still need a whopping 165.
I've been finding or receiving donations at the rate of about 3/day, and if that continues, it'll be another 2 months before this mini-goal is reached.

I have a few Runes to put towards that testing, ko, um, etc. I'll take care of a few of those orbs tonight. (I can trade the two ists I have for ums as well)

Hello everyone. Sorry that I haven't been online long time, but I have been busy. I checked earlier posts of this thread and noticed something interesting. One guy tested "HelLo" in superior cap and the cap gained indestructible Mod. I am not sure was this fake but it is in this forum. I was just thinking that maybe it is the blizzard way to tell that runeword is right, but item type is wrong. Plz tell me your opinions

I thought.. also multiply by 2 and get 14x2 / 16x2 = 28 sur / 32 zod. sur makes sense but zod .. on a wand? nt.
I like mal ist for malice.
mal gul for my reasoning.
mal vex for poison fire resist mods.
mal lo for poison light resist mods.
nothing against ohm i just dont have one =)
now if i could just stop getting these errors when i log on my wand mule zon i could play happily. i dont know if i get em cause i run 2 copies on one cpu but its getting annoying.

looking at how dol / io (white) sits on the rune chart its... 14 / 16. i was thinking perhaps continue up the chart to... say mal #23 which is mdr and pvh. then skip 2 rune spots again, which gives gul #25 20%ar and 5%max pr.Cherokee said:

Cheetah: No skin off my nose. The forge runes were going to you for high-lvl 2os testing anyway, I assume. I would like to collect 2 or 3 sets of RalOrtTal off that rushed mule, however, for hammer and knife testing.
tlaloc: No worries. I may or may not have a Sol on my tesladin, actually. I'll have to check, myself. I double-checked dii.net, though, and merchants cannot sell non-magical 3os helms, as they must be ilvl 25 to get 3os, which would make them magical (grr). Freakin said he might have a few on a mule, though, so some subset of the three of us should connect at some point to give it a try.

Wathombe welcome back. And if you want to keep the runes that drop from the forge that is fine, I always leave that decision up to the tourist. I can get you those act 5 quest runes no problem.

Regarding the Sol Um/Lum Ber thing, I'd have to say Um, just because it looks a hell of a lot better in a hat, not to mention Blizzard seems to be gravitating to higher-end runewords. Then there's the SUB thing as opposed to SLB, which is seemingly meaningless. Just wanted to toss this out there before that Ber disappears if you guys are doing it, though I seem to have some vague memory of all of this being brought up several pages ago.

Cheetah: Nah, you seem to have a good thing going with your semi-regular posts of mass high-level 2os testing, so unless you're overburdened by that much busywork, I'd prefer to hand the forge drops over to you. I'll need a Pul one of these days when I resocket my armor, but I have other things to gather for that first, and it may not ever happen. Since I'm mass-buying hammers and knives with my clvl 19 necro, though, I can indeed use the lower RalOrtTal sets.
Corporeal: Yeah, I'm inclined to use the higher rune, too, not to mention the fact that I have an Um and would have to borrow a Lum. I think the poster who originally came up with the idea thought "SolLumBer" sounded better when pronounced, but that's a very slight difference if at all. OTOH, there are already plenty of words with Um in the middle, and not too many with Lum (I don't think). Also, LumBer is only one letter shy of "slumber" (the "s" in Sol), whereas UmBer is two letters shy (needing the "s" and "l" from Sol). Eh. We'll see what mood strikes us.

Has anyone considered making an account that we all can use? I highly doubt that ppl on these forums will want to steal 2os orbs and a bunch of els and elds, etc. (low runes), like i have a couple orbs right now, but i dont think the person that need them is on, but even if he is, it doesnt matter. anyways, does anyone think it is a bad idea to put stuff there for other testers to take them if one of the other testers (me, lol) doesnt currently have the runes but have the gear?

Yes there are communal accounts for both east and west. If you want to donate and are on west just msg me (*krucker13 or *krucker2) and ill get ur items on that accnt. There's not just el's and such. There are higher runes like ko's and lem's. And some ppl just have problems. Thats why the acounts arent posted on here. Axe2grind (sorry for mutilating your name) and Shaft seem to be in charge of the East accnt. Hope this helps.

We had someone, no one knows who since Blizzard seems not to be forthcoming with information, delete all the mules on our first account - most of which had full characters with runes, socketed items and tradable gear (like full Heaven's Brethren) - and probably ransacked it in the process. That person could currently be lurking in our midst but we'd never know it. Anyway, you'll have to whisper one of us now when you want to donate or for other assistance.AlphaOmega4 said:
