EDIT: It didn't work to personalize a key of terror for me =/

Yes, I've checked it out with my SP Sorceress who uses a HOTO (created in 1.10 and socketed into a Flail). Ravens are indeed broken, appearing for about a second, just enough time to move and then disappearing in a white puff of smoke. Without ravens my Sorcie only has the Merc and Oak Sage to tank and distract the enemy - she doesn't like it :-)

After waiting several days to see what the 1.11 patch broke and only hearing about Fangskin's broken drops I assumed everything was OK and stupidly applied 1.11 just before reading about the broken HOTO.

Is there any way to get back to 1.10 without totally reinstalling? If not, I'll be spending a few days collecting a couple of SOJ's in 1.00 or 1.06 before upgrading back to 1.10, my Sorcie could use them. Several days of Nighmare Andariel at /players 7 in 1.10 with 400 MF has yielded no SOJ's.

I've had a snootful of playing by Blizzard's rules - they aren't my favourite company right now. What sort of devious change would lead to broken ravens anyway?
 
Are all hidden skill bonuses the same in 1.11? I mean things like Ar bonus from blessed aim, damage reduction from fade etc.

Running <1.10 for SoJs is pretty lame...

I don't think so, they are just easier to get pre 1.10, that's how a lot of 1.10+ players got theirs. It's not like I'm claiming to get them where I didn't - now that would be lame. I know I'll eventually get SOJ's in 1.10+ too where it's more of an achievement under the harder drop rules. I've found 60% of the holy grail which includes some nice elites, all obtained in 1.10. That's the beauty of SP, you can play with the patch you prefer and each individual can make their own choice.

I'm sorry I don't have the answer to your question but is that runeword working in SP? I thought only the 7 new armour runewords became avaliable in 1.11 If it's working in SP aswell I could try it and see if i get the same problem..

No, the 35% IAS was on the original arreat summit description as well.

and it shows them with the +8 to each one in atma but in game it just said the +8 To All Attributes

But that is normal for atma, on his it didn't show at all. Something has gotten wrong with your runeword jrlafrance :(

Question: Does that "reduce vendor prices" stack with gheed's?

with that bow and a gheed's in the invertory a ring gambled at 34k so i would say yes they stack
 
One of the main reasons I'm waiting is to see ATMA declared bug free in 1.11. I see that it seems to work just fine, as long as you don't bring the keys in. Has there been an official declaration to this effect? Will there be a new version of ATMA declared bug-free for 1.11?

Sorry, I found it in the end. Connection here is very slow. For anyone who is looking for the same answer, go to page 28 of the ATMA/Flavie Reporting thread. RTB has a patch to prevent the key trouble. (As in the trouble with the keys, as opposed to the most important trouble... :p )

The answers to the question above seem to be yes-ish and no, respectively.
