Ta muchly. Doing a quick comparison the results between 1.09 and 1.13 seen to match up.
What I don't understand is that both the above calculator and the German WSC say that off-weapon IAS effects that attack speed but I've read a number of things in various forums saying only WIAS counts. Anyone know which one relates to 1.07?
According to the official Diablo 2 guide it says the maximum in damage is 144, but it also says the minimum is 48 so take from that what you will.

Trying to trade for a 1.07 Eth Decapitator and realizing this is one of the many 1.07 bases I've been seeking on trade forum, and beginning to think maybe I just need to start playing 1.07.
Reading a bit in the stickies on racking. Is there any science to this? I.e., can racks in Hell drop pretty much any base items, or is it confined to Acts? Taking the example of a decapitator, would this item only drop in a certain act or in a certain area? I don't know how much general info on D2 is applicable to 1.07.
EDIT: I guess question is, if you find a rack that drops a certain base item (i.e., battle axe, tabar, etc.), is there a limit on where the elite versions can drop? My apologies if this is a stupid question.

Racking doesn't work like that, if I understood your question.

But if you don't feel like it, just know that 1.07 LK Racks can drop everything that's rackable except unique Thunder Maul and any Sacred Armor iirc.

Thanks, I saw a link to that guide, but it was broken when I clicked it, so that's what I needed.
Ok, looking for a reminder on what gear is used for a cow running zon...
My initial plan is to use some random blood jav, and switch weapons after throwing a LF to something else for a huge boost in DPS (I'm guessing this will work based on other skills in 1.13)...
I have a cranium basher and thought that might be cool for the 75% CB or whatever it was
. That leaves me open to better/different options for most slots. G-face makes for a great helm, but maybe there are better options I haven't thought of yet.
Any thoughts?
edit: Cranium Basher is only 60% CB in 1.07 (also huge str req)
It appears that coldsteel eye would be a much better option for 50% CB and 30% slow... (and a shield!)

and I know that I'll wind up choosing b/w goblin toe for CB and nat's boots for 40 frw
I'd have ton double check (kinda lazy atm) but I'm pretty sure they drop the equivalent of baal GCs for rerolling vita skillers.
Everything (objects) in the nihl temple drop ilvl 99 charms so that works, too. You could find a map and hit up the super chest, racks, etc. in there. I found a 41 life cold skiller many months ago by doing this
RoF super chests count, too, iirc.
If you plan to do cows, I would include at least one mule IN the cow lvl to boost drop chances.Drop rates don't appear to increase if they are in town (though exp and monster life does, ofc)
