Yeah, Butcher's seems quite good. I would prolly put one point in axe mastery if I come across with one.

Nothing is better than BK set for WW. Arreat's is also best barb helm possible, grats!

Before you can wear BK set... leech xp with cows.

to be fair, xp leeching in cows is the solution to an overwhelming number of problems.

Hmm. Well that would certainly make things a lot easier. Does the modified 1.09bD2gfx from the stickies work with 1.07 or? I've never tried these, anything else I should know? How does it even work?

Just started v1.07 and made it through norm Act 1. Incredible how much more difficult it is, and I'm basically pure caster at clvl 12 because AR and lvl difference is so far apart from swinging at anything. Going with traditional FO/static build, as my goal with her is v1.07 damage charms. And I'm not looking forward to norm Duriel.

Crafting some mpk rings will do wonders :)

Then fastest way is rushing to LK NM and LK Hell.

Any preference for NM v. Hell LK for dual-modded damage charms? I'm looking for life/res as second mods on them.

Is there something special about the CoS bug and 1.07? I've had at least a dozen exception errors in the last 10 hours play, that more than in the hundreds of hours I've played Assassins in other patches.

Edit: I've found a couple of LK racks (ilvl87) that drop Balrog Skins and Spired Helms. If I'm reading the info of rack running correctly

Yes you can rack Arkaine's from lk. I have racked couple there. Repusz's guide mention that Veil of Steel won't get 1,5 vit/level so not worth of racking it.

Maybe it is too late, but I also used Butcher's Pupil for leveling. I had nice max damage charm set which helped a lot so didn't need to use single point for axe mastery. After leveled to 63 and could equip loh, I just played travincal. Between levels 72 and 76 I used bk tribal guardian and wizardspike for nice passive bonuses. But like Nulio said propably cows would be better. Small note in bk set that despite ww get passive bonuses from secondary weapon you cannot rely tribal guardian's +20str to equip bk sacred charge. If you do this way ww uses smaller sword even if bigger sword is in main weapon slot.

Speaking of ww, does anyone know does secondary weapon's weapon speed matter for ww? Or how to test it?

Ha, Lums are quite hard to come by indeed. I'll prefer to use them myself ;) But not before my amazon reaches lvl 91... she's 86 now.

Thanks for the tips! It was definitely no too late. It might be even few weeks before I'll play that barb through the game and level it.

I've given up on my Assassin, exception errors every 20 - 30 minutes is driving me crazy, another 3 today brings my total to least 15 since I turned level 30 about 2 weeks ago. It seems the more points I put into SM the more frequently the error occurs. I'll start another assassin, but I won't use the shadow master again!

Is there any info on the ilvl/clvl required to craft the insane FCR/MPK rings? (also, I assume it's using the ring + saphire + thawing pot recipe).

Also, I just killed Rada (and slowly working through this thread, I'm on page 30 or so of this thread (15 for me b/c I set at 20 posts/page)) and am complete blown away by how dangerous the elemental damage is. Resists are decent, but cold explosions and LE is dangerous! Already finding some of the crazy damage charms and in act 2 norm I found a +13 res scintillating GC. Small peanuts, I know, but still blown away by how unbalanced the game is. One death so far, when I got too close to Trav council during a run and the FE killed me.

Also, the best thing I've read lately is how to aim FO - it's different than v1.09, of course - and that has improved killing speed.

I'm also on my way reading through the thread on my phone...

I've got a question:

How does ES work in this version? Is the order different than 1.10+?
and most importantly, does TK reduce the amount of mana that gets eaten up (hidden synergy) like in 1.10+?

Found myself a ribcracker... it adds 3 cold skills, 20 fcr compared tot he sexiness that is later versions of the item :D

I also have a russet armor rack 3 teles away from LK WP in NM.

1.07 has several dangerous mana burners, I wouldn't trust ES.

Big HP pool + rejuv bug... why would you need ES? ;)

I put one in there, anyway...

Plan is to max FOrb and (or close to max) CM. I think I read 17 is all you need for CM but haven't extrapolated that far, yet.
SF is maxed. that leaves ~ 40 points left to use, and warmth + tele just seemed kinda lame to me. I'm thinking some combination of warmth/ES/TK would be cool, but if TK doesn't work then that simplifies my decision a bit
