Ethereal 1.07 polearms get an extra 50% max damage. So, instead of 50% enhanced, they get 50% ED, then 50% Enhanced Max on top.
 
It's 50ED to max dmg added to the RW ED roll, not added to base damage. Still great, but not as imba as they could be <3
