pinging my scumdar so far:
Drixx:
has been extremely anxious to appear town, while being increasingly anxious for a heavily breadcrumbed investigative PR to fully disclose everything. While this isn't entirely outside the realm of townie play, its highly suspicious, at best.
Val:
has pretty much been hitting every other scum-tell in the book.
Fred:
This is the big one. After significant scoop by PR, he claims. But, the only exonerating bits of his claim, the parts where he implies that it must be a passive PR, (eavesdropper/tracker) are easy to guess by the heavy breadcrumbing of Jason (note that Gory figured it out, too). Then there is the bit about the double bomb-masons, which at best is a rather anti-town coupling, especially the lynch-lock only bomb. I'm more sure than anything else that this is the biggest tell. 'Why?', I hear you ask, well because its simple to me, as I am also a bomb by the character name of Crazy Tom. Now, maybe its just me, but 3 townie-bombs? That seems especially unbalanced...
To the WIFOM:
that both Fred & Val survived the night (especially Fred) just makes them reek of scum. I know that when I play as scum, nothing makes me happier than NK'ing a failed lynch. Its wonderful for denying town info & causing confusion. Fred came damned close to a lynch yesterday, with another trying to get going on Val, yet the mafia kill BipolarChemist, who had barely even posted. Now I get why they didn't go for Jason... his role-claim begs a Doc save, and losing a NK is horrible to scum. But why on earth would they shy away from Fred, who along with heavy suspicion, has neatly worked in the threat of a lynching-bomb, thus assuring that he isn't going to be lynched easily. They gave up an easy kill to deny info to take out a lurker? Not buying it.

PS - okay, sorry this is a bit later than I meant.... fell asleep at my keyboard & have to be at work in 45mins, so this is a bit rushed, I'll polish when I get in from work, if need be.
PPS - as per above, this is only current as of my previous post.
