I guess I got the impression yesterday that CG did not trust you at all. Did he give a different impression in night talk? I don't think if I was a BFF that I would have told most Paris's what my action would be.

It's fine by me if you believe he gave the card (any card) to Martin and had it redirected to himself. I believe he gave the doc card to franklin but because Pyro used it nothing got sent out. Either way there is no card in the hands of any living player. Let's move on.

As for Paris role - this BFF is actually quite dangerous at this point. A townie BFF would hammer another townie, and if we lynch a maifa Paris, the townie becomes voteless - very dangerous in endgame. I was previously curious about why Sath chose to bring back Paris over the reflector. And then yesterday, he chooses CG, who was actually the most townie player of all. Worrisome.

No. A player receiving any tarot card obtains said tarot card too late to be used the same night it was given.

Does it have to be used that night?

No. Any tarot card may be kept until used.

I see some info about the Tarot Psychic is missing. There is a generic tarot card format/info that is sent anytime someone receives a tarot card. I failed to include the generic info in post #3. My bad. And I can't edit post #3 anymore. :steam:

I chose CG because he actually never expressed an interest in lynching me and I wanted to talk him out of giving out the no day card. Which was the most important thing for me, and I'd rather pick someone who didn't think I was mafia so his inability to vote for me wouldn't be a problem. I had no intention of talking to anyone else and I had to pick a bff.

In the end he said he was extremely happy I picked him, because he thought he was likely going to die. And if he did then I could explain her what the whole thing was about, but seeing as Gory cleared up the doc card thing he apparently didn't trust me enough and gave the card to Martin. Even though he said he had a slight scum read on him. So thanks for using me, CG.

Paris is a vanilla role that can't alter anything.

Should we ever come close to a hammer than that person would likely be lynched anyway so that's not to difficult to avoid. And again if we lynch a mafia paris then we wouldn't be unable to lynch mafia the next day if we have a voteless townie.

All those scenario's are easily manageable.

There could only be one possible person with the card (given the cooties list). And since that person was targetted for an NK I wouldn't be worried about it. I would definitely be supportive of removing the Paris role. And for the love of god do not bring back the pyschic.

The role does seem rather dangerous. Didn't seem dangerous until you think of it in an endgame scenario. You're right though, not as bad as king/politician.

Anyways, interesting idea. I didn't think about the fact that the card might have been stuck with Pyro as last laugh. I am kinda thinking no, as he died and that causes cards to return, but I could be wrong.

I just realized why this really bugged me. To summarize what I think CG thought:

1) We were in MYLO yesterday - he brought it up and yelled at people for voting.
2) SI was scum - I think everyone is pretty sure of this
3) We have 4 mafia - less and we would not be in MYLO yesterday, and 5 is just nuts.

Based off this, he thought we had 3 mafia alive yesterday, and to me that says he was definitely not sure Mal was scum, and was probably leaning at Mal being town.

Were CG still alive I would not tell you that he was my bff. However even scenario is impossible. Assume it's 3 mafia 4 townies. 7 alive means 4 to lynch, 5 to lock. 3 mafia can't get L-1. Same with any other number.
