Mafia Game: Cheers/Frasier Theme

I get to choose the drink, not the person. But then again you get to choose the person, not the drink. So I think it balances itself out. If I got to choose the person then choosing the drink would be irrelevant. The only one that can confirm nothing happened to Martin is Martin and obviously we can't chat with him right now. I would assume that the drink takes effect either that night, or the following day. There are multiple possibilities.

I wonder if certian people are matched to certain drinks.

That would make more sense if the waitors weren't involved. Since the waitors are involved that would mean I would need to choose the right drink, and the waitors would have to choose the right person for something to happen, and that seems like a slim chance to me.

Autti thought so. Maybe we can try that out now that we know more characters. But I don't know who drinks what and we are a bit restricted in drink choice now also.

This was before you knew I had any involvement with the drinks, I wonder if on any of the other nights the drink I chose had an effect.

The best use? That's the only use for the bomb.

The only way to properly play the bomb is to be the best scum hunter that you can and try to draw the night kill for being dangerous. From past experiences, I've noticed that if the bomb tries to breadcrumb doc or cop so the mafia sees it, instead the town sees it and you are counter-claimed. Lynching me deprives the town of a dead anti-town, so that's not conducive to winning the game. At the risk of sounding egoist, I was sort of hoping my reputation would get me killed.

You ask why I didn't lie about my role. Simple.

Want to know what happens to people who lie about their role? Look at Jcakes for a clue. You don't even need the threat of a lie detector to know that liars get lynched.

I agree, I just didn't think you seemed to be trying to get yourself night killed. I have never played a bomb, so I am not sure how I would do it, but the only person I remember you really going after hard is Jcakes. I would think if you were the bomb, you would have been pretty aggressive, but I have not really noticed that from you.

I didn't ask why you didn't lie. Do I think you should have? I think in this game it might have been a bad idea, but that does not mean it applies in all games.

That mechanic right there would beat the holy wards for sure. Also, apparently on night one ML was given spiked gin - the same night he got an innocent result on Malevolent, correct?

It is hard to believe that is a coincidence.

Someone just slipped into their smarty pants.

My post 1282's quotes came from this quote
Oh I can so get on board a Pyro train!! Look at thefranklin's voting record for some clues if you need to...

I'm curious how the "lie detector" part of his role worked. I'm guessing he knew something considering the ones he voted.

I'm talking about franklin's voting record for clues. The coded part are the people he voted for, thus the votes I voted.

I haven't read past Gwaihir's post asking me about that. (will have to read it after while. busy atm.)
And, yes, I did mean Gwaih, not Gory.

Something so overly compilcated that it could never happen? Sure, sounds great.

The spiked drink causing his role to not work correctly is plausible. To know if other people's abilities were affected in the same way one of other masons would have to confirm who they gave drinks to on the nights they were spiked.

Sorry, I still had Pyro on the brain. He was the one who asked why I didn't lie.

Technically I never asked why you didn't lie. I just stated that it was odd that you didn't.

I don't believe you on this. You get to choose the drink but not the person? That is really weird as we choose a person and have our drink. You should be able to choose person and drink with your ability.

Nothing happened to Martin the first Night, so your theory seems off.

Martin got a friend investigation on mal. Already been mentioned.

Moar is next on my list if the 2 lynched today pop town.

I'm the lawyer. Forget my name. I saved ML the day he was lynched. Would have saved OMG, but forgot to check thread. Would have saved pcm, but again, forgot to check thread.

I'm Paul Krapence, waiter, mason. I serve whiskies to folks and no, I've seen no obvious effects but it seems to me that the type of drink that Pyro spikes, served by one of us waiters, will have an effect on the person the waiter served that type of drink to. A role-block, a temporary reversal of that person's night ability, etc, or a percentage chance of such.

Hmm. It's all gotten messy.

No vote at this time, it's early in the day and I want to see what transpires for a while yet.

Question: Is there some believable reason why CG is still alive?
Question: There is no good townie reason for CG to claim bomb ... that isn't a question at all. More of a statement, I guess.

Look it up?

This exactly. Either his reputation would have already gotten him NKed already, or he's scum. Yeah, maybe not a great reason, but when you take into account hat his claim is total bullcrap then CG is obvi-scum.

exactly.

@ThY: Are there still anti-towns? Everyone claimed a town role.

hahahahaha, I hope she answers "nope"

What does it matter?

It matters because we need your name now so no one else can claim it, or yourself changing it later as needed if you're scum. There is no townie reason for you not to tell us the name. If you forget and don't have the pm, just pm Thy asking for it.I feel leaving out the name and asking for justification for even telling us is pretty scummy at this point.
