Re: Roles of Madness. Mafia Thread
I don't know if it would or not Autti, that is why I corrected myself.

If you have questions about roles or mechanics don't hesitate to ask.
I am not sure if we are interpreting it the same way.I concur with Gwaihir. The dream chosen by mafia before the day started sounds like it will have an effect during today and also for night actions tonight. Night actions will be completed and results returned/posted by the time the new dream takes effect.
Dreams effect only the next day step or the next night from when they are 'cast' depending what it is.
Each night a new dream is cast, which in turn effects only the next relevent step and so on. There will never be 2 dreams in effect at once.
"Goryani: Goryani was the only person to really attack me about my question as to the merits of a no lynch, post 76. The other thing that strikes me as strange is this quote. (followed by the quote about dreams effecting day and night)"
You can always take your cell phone to the loo for use during the dozen trips in the middle of the night. Perhaps keep a laptop in there...
...scum can basically use the current dream (if it turns out to block investigations) and be immune to investigations. Most likely they are either 1 use or a mix where 2 (maybe 3) are reusable...

Sorry, in World of Warcraft lore, the red dragon known as Korialstrasz has an alter ego who takes the form of an elf, named Krasus. I guess I just assumed it was well known. My bad.
Flub:
who do you find the most scummiest right now?

Wow you sure are smart for a townie!!
If they have dreams that can be used multiple times, there needs to be some restriction. If there aren't, scum can basically use the current dream (if it turns out to block investigations) and be immune to investigations. Most likely they are either 1 use or a mix where 2 (maybe 3) are reusable.
Bah can't help myself. W things I have to comment on.
@SK: You shouldn't speak for others, even though your intentions were good (as we do play and Skype a bit in the evening). But for the most part, covering for others can lead to some nasty events. Trust me on that one, I've done it myself a couple times in prevous games.
Ping, ping, ping.
Deliberately misleading people, or just didn't understand my post?
Seems I have some free time before the interview, so It's time I did something I should've done this morning.
Vote: Pyrotechnician
I feel comfortable placing this right here until he answers or I get a chance to do a proper re-read of the events so far. He has given off the most scum vibes for imo.
I'll try and read a little as well, but I'm on the phone, so hopefully I don't miss something important.
@Jcakes, i have no idea, all i've deduced is that half of the people are very intent on lynching someone and the other half haven't made their mind up yet.
Personally i would assume that those who are actively targeting someone to be scum, whereas those reserving judgement wouldn't be so eager to lynch away no?
So with that in mind, SKJ would be my best bet
Fake voting I see? Haha, joking, I see your next bolded vote post. As explained above either SK covering for you was a stupid mistake or there is something more to it.

Everyone but me.
Nice out of context quote there ....
For reference. The full quote for that section (note it was in a massive WoT responding to multiple people) was in response to.
"I guess my question is if they can chose to use the same dream multiple nights in a row or if its a one and done kind of situation."
When taken out of context the way you did it seems much more scummy, and I was almost ready to jump on kori. Fortunately I checked the quote first...My question to you Flubb is why did you choose to remove the context from what was a small quote anyway?
