I live on the west coast.Makes sense. I am a bit surprised that you don't know French though, I thought most people in Canada knew it.
When people find out I'm Canadian they usually look twice, because the Canadian they expect is an eastern Canadian.I live in the Southern California area of Canada, and no one here speaks French. Bowzer's story holds up.
Where abouts?I've spent time both in BC and Quebec. I vastly prefer BC. The ol' lady has kin in Vancouver, and we spent a week up there summer of 2009. Beautiful place, friendly people.
Good timesWe stayed with her aunt and uncle in Surrey. Had a great day trip up to Whistler, saw a couple bears, ate at her cousin's restaurant "Quince" downtown (she's the chef-owner), saw some beautiful coastline, really just a great trip.
