So when is this starting? I still hear people saying before and after it's final...I don't want to throw my name on the table if it isn't starting until 1.13 is final.

Id love to go SC becouse of ladder PvP, for me it overweights the coolness of HC. However, I can uniform with majority. But I go vanilla either way.

Does anyone know how to consistently get the table right by using tabs and spaces? Seems totally random.

copy it to some even basic editor and paste result back use only tabs

Well, seeing as I still can't get my hands on 1.13beta becaus of lack of my original CD's (god knows they're almost a decade old!), I couldn't really join a beta ladder, not until blizzard makes the patch available for direct download. In that prospect, I'd rather wait for the final 1.13.

edit: thanks to skiffcz' little tip about the version switcher, I am now upgraded to 1.13 beta, and am voting for a start quicker than the may-june timeframe I see the final 1.13 being released.

I Voted yes i think it is a great idea With regards to any realtaration of the rules I would consider not allowing Realm only RuneWords as i would like to see single player Ladder being played with single player only rune words.
However what changes made in 1.13 might change the realm only rune words (Although Doubtful) to include some of the realm only rune words to be made single offline rune words.

Also I would consider the muling options for a Single player ladder perhaps allowing chars too mule-off rather then to mule on making the ladder a untwinked ladder. I feel that this would make a refreshing new challege to the ladder concept.

I have some interest in this, especially because it means that I can MP with a group of people without having to worry about where their items are from or how they gained them. My "ethics" have become a little more strict since I first joined the forums, and strict rule set certainly appeals to me.

Isn't one of the best aspects of a ladder the MP? Otherwise it's just a mass-reset with another trade pool. With that in mind, how many of the HC characters intend to be active in a ladder MP pool, because that is the only reason I'd play the ladder in SC.

I, for one, would love MP'ing occasionaly when time allows it. Unforunately, with 3 kids and a girlfriend, my playing time is very restricted. That is why I can't bother playing HC as well, seeing as concentrating seriously is a bit hard with a 5 year old running around looking for furniture to try testing the concept of gravity and it's reprecutions from :crazyeyes:

with that said, if the concensus here on the SPF is making the ladder HC, I'm in just for the heck of it =)

I cannot vouch for my future activity but I had some plans of playing around a bit in vanilla HC again. Some MP to start out with and generally play through hell would be fun.

I am considering MPing a little, but haven`t really decided. As I`m moving to our big neighbour in the west (yes, that`s USA) in a couple of weeks, it`s not easy to predict how much time I will have to MP.

would love to hear about the concensus here about waiting for the final 1.13 vs starting now/soon, btw.
feel like playing the game when I have a few spare hours, but running my only d2 char at the moment is pointless if I'm to start all over again soon anyways.

Voted in the poll earlier but didn't realize there was a list. I have a few ancient chars working on a silly quest or two but mostly I was to work on untwinked vanilla HC so might as well play around on a ladder while I'm at it.

I would like to start fresh with 1.13 final but would definitely play on a temporary 1.13 beta ladder as it will most likely be a while before 1.13 final.

I would be interested in MP, but with my timezone and unpredictable activity it would be difficult.
