X-fire is a program that allows you to speak to people "in game". It also tracks how much time you've spent on any games. It's very useful... Off to scrim!

Oh, so it's like team speak/ventrillo then? I might have to look into that, I tried installing team speak a couple weeks ago but couldn't get the links to work. :tongue:

I know what your talking about. It's weird seeing me on usually XD
It's not really like vent/ts... It's more of a MSN type of program, however you can see what your friend is playing and type to them that way.
If you need help with team speak or vent let me know. I can help you out.

Hmm, might have to look into that then.
It was the links from the website to download it from that weren't working, not sure how you can help with that. Wouldn't I need like a mic or something to use it anyway?

You can listen and not talk if you'd want. You could alwasy get a mic they like 5 bucks for a stand up one.
X-Fire is one of my favorite programs. Usually if I don't answer MSN or Aim(when i'm on) I'll answer that because a pop up comes up over the game in the corner saying who is talking to you and such.

I have a mic that I could never get to work for msn, not sure if it will work with the other programs. If it doesn't I'll probably just get a better one later.
