I got to see my son today for the first time in nearly two years. He's grown so much as I expected he would, me being a giant and all. :laugh: He's taken up wrestling in school and holds the record for his weight class in Texas!(state champ) He just turned ten a week ago too. I may get him for a while during Christmas, if everything works out. :cloud9:

I've been feeling pretty crappy the last few days, I'm still having complications from my surgery. My damn feet are still swelling, getting much worse now in fact and one of my toes has been turning purple. My feet and ankles are so swollen now that the skin is tight and looks as if it's about to burst. :undecided: Add to that I can't sleep more than five hours, my allergies have flared up and I have an absessed tooth. I'm effin' miserable. :hanky:

Sounds bad, what are the prospects? It it all temporary? The surgery was a success right?

On another note, I just checked my youtube profile and I am depressed:

- You have no Friends

Wow, looks just like my youtube profile. :laugh:

I don't know what to think of this anymore. The doctors thought maybe it was that I had taken in a lot of fluids through the IV, which I had. I've been to the hospital to check for blood clotting, extremely rare and pretty much unheard of with my type of surgery, results were negative. The latest x-rays look good, the bone is starting to grow between the vertebrae. The surgery was definately a success, barely any blood lost at all, no complications, went faster than anticipated.



 
Update: I'll be re-upping WoW as soon a day comes when Im not going out (either tonight or tomorrow)

I'm going to try my old horde server first, though I could potentially make an ally alt on Llane.
 
I got going on llane, and then all my scrub friends on executus started playing again, oh well, maybe I'll get more into things when dii is back and meme is playing there too
 
The Harry Potter books were a good read, but certain people really overhyped it. Remember when that one Harry Potter book came out? The one where X kills Y (zomg! spoiler, forgot the title), and a bunch of people lined up in front of stores for hours and hours for a chance at the book. I can understand if one is a fan of those books, but there's no book in the world worth standing in line for hours before sunrise just to be one of the first to buy a copy. Just wait a bit, and then get it without the hassle; it's not like the books are going to dissapear any time soon. :tongue:
I knew a guy that camped out in front of a Barnes & Noble for THREE DAYS in order to be the first one in town to buy one. I can see him bragging now: "yeh dude...I didn't shower for three days, and I smell like feet and armpit right now, but I was the first one to get the book!"
I don't think this way just about books though. Video games, game systems, etc. too. Whatever the product, wait a while to buy it so you don't have to go through the "camping" and crap. Unless they're giving it away for free, I see no reason to subject yourself to that kind of ordeal.

Again, just IMO. :smiley:

Which is why I loved that video of that guy who drove in front of some people who were standing in line and yelled out a bunch of spoilers.

The camera sucks... and I just finished reading Harry Potter... it was ok... now I must wait for the 12th WoT book to come out for something to read.
