Well, Ankeli got banned (temporarily I imagine?). If Thyiad's gone, I don't see the problem with Ankeli being gone too. It's a shame cause I was starting to believe his role-claim, but I don't see any good coming from letting him stay. It would just poison the atmosphere. He's not gonna be able to defend himself (at the very least, not in any reasonable time frame), so I just say eject him. That's my $0.02.
I don't wanna put words in Leo's mouth, but if she had been in Thyiad's shoes for all this, I imagine she would probably be pretty f'n furious too.

Echo this, we've been off topic for about 24h, extension would be nice.
Also, for the record - while I agree Ankeli was out of line and worse after the issue came to be the center of debate, I don't think he needed to be modkilled for it, that's just not how the game works imo - hosts punish for breaking the game's rules, not for impolite social behavior.
Anyway, the point is moot now that Ankeli is temp-banned...shame we had to lose both Thy and him to this. TC - I'd consider revealing the roles before day's end, especially if they're both town.
Game-wise, I tend to believe Ankeli was indeed one of the listed citizens in the town but I very much doubt his doctor claim, guess we'll see soon enough.

Ankeli was not modkilled. He is still pretty much alive. If more people ask for the extension, I will grant it.

I don't understand TC, you're not a judgment call and modkilling Ankeli? If he's banned, he can't post. If he can't post, he can't play. Why are you giving him special treatment? ... is he actually an important role like mafia member or power townie and you don't want to disrupt the balance of the game?

It's 1 game day. Not 1 real day. And in case of a 3 day ban, I guess this rule cannot apply.I think it didn't when CC and Luda were banned.

I think you need to extend the game for it to continue, As it is we have wasted probably over a day just discussing this, and until the day extension is confirmed it is all we are talking about.
As to the banning TC it's your call if you mod kill him or not.

Ankeli, I'm quite surprised at you for a couple of reasons. 1.) That was tasteless. It's one thing to say "You're throwing a tantrum", but to throw gender in there is another. And just because someone has breasts and a vagina doesn't mean they are the only ones capable of having a tantrum. I've seen fully grown men here have tantrums as well or just rage quit because their plans backfired, or they were caught red-handed, or because they were really pissed and frustrated. 2.) iirc, YOU'RE ENGAGED (you said it one mafia game or some thread and I caught it and I think I PM'ed you about it too). Would you speak to your fianceé like that? How would you feel if say Gorny or Laarz talked that way to her (not targeting them nor am I saying they would do anything like that, i'm just using them as examples)? If you are the even HALF the man I hope you are, you would not put up with that and defend her.

Sorry, but I call straight up bull**** on that. Flubbucket was saying some really sexist remarks and I got quite offended. And Flubby got pissed off as well because I took that **** seriously and didn't play with us for a while. And I was not happy because you had allowed that and I am unsure if you PM'ed him a warning about it (I don't think you did, but my memory of that conversation is foggy) to tone down the sexism.
Thyiad = Thyiad and Leo = Leo. I'm not Thyiad and we are two different people. And while we may have exchanged heated words to each other, I stand behind Thy's decision to leave this game because of what was said. I personally can only handle, like, two sexist jokes at the most before I rip you a new asshole into you and Thy doesn't put up with that **** period. It CAN be fun and games before it goes too far. I don't think you guys would appreciate it very much if I kept talking about how men are horrible creatures, are incapable to love anyone, and they only want sex from blonde or red-headed females and once they have achieved it, they don't want anything to do with her anymore. I go away for the day and look what I get back too.
Seriously now, we need to take a decision that will not affect anyone and get this game going until the end. We all hate when games end up prematurely and I for one would be very disappointed if anyone took any decisions not to play again or that my time spent on hosting this game ended up in a feud between players.
Thus, I have decided, as the games host to let you people decide what should be done about this.
1. Should we accept Thyiads resignation and carry on?
2. Should we punish Ankeli somehow? Be it modkilled, lynched or a nasty post restriction?
3. Other (specify)
I would prefer that this vote be public, but if you have any reservations, PM me and I will list all your concerns at the end anonymously.
Also, keep in mind, and this has been said before, this is a mafia game. Words will be said, insults will be made in the interest of getting reactions. At the end of the day, no one should hold any grudges nor be offended. We are all here to have fun, blow our brains out and eat pop corn.
I would also like to mention, that so far I agree with both Thyiad and Ankeli, to some extend. That is why I will not take a decision before hearing what everyone else has to say. I am also willing to let this day run for 72 hours again to clarify this situation if needed. I will not however be prepared to end this game prematurely as that would be a waste of everyones time.

We need to know if ankeli is going to be modkilled as soon as possible. It affects the votes, waiting for a game days cycle is detrimentel to the problem. Either he is going to be MK or he isnt. It affects the votes and a decision needs to be made IMO

I see this sorts of situations need a new rule to be added. And I am going to enforce this rule as of now in this game and all my games to follow. If anyone else wants to enforce it, so be it.
Rule 16. If you are (temp) banned, you will also be modkilled.
