Feysal, to answer your question, I later realized after I posted that, regardless of Gorny's real role, I could still deduce Val was wrong about role abilities.

Okay, I get that case. Reason I asked was that the post by Valhauros you replied to contained speculation of how many of each role we had, and what roles everyone had, not about role abilities. When you said you knew for a fact that he was wrong, it appeared as if you disagreed on what roles everyone had, Gorny in particular, even though Valhauros had not named any of his reads. That of course looked odd to me.

Meanwhile, we've four hours left in the day, and we've yet to hear from Valhauros. Looking at the times he's normally posted, that is not so strange though, he may simply not have been online yet.

What times is he usually on? I am thinking of locking him now since he promised his explanation yesterday but produced nothing. It kind of feels like he's stalling until the end of the day.

Judging from the times of his posts so far, he could show up in about an hour. Nearly all of his posts have been between 17-05 GMT. If it weren't for that, I'd agree on the stalling bit.

What I don't want happening is him laying down a bombshell of a role claim with 30 minutes to go that causes a no lynch ... it's happened in previous games before.

Ofcourse he's gonna drop a bombshell of a roleclaim. He's got to make up something to account for his 68% role read.

Whatever he claims, he needs to be lynched. We can't afford a no lynch again and we can't afford a player like that to live on till later.

Who was it that, about a year ago, said they will never lie in a mafia game and that if he is ever caught lying, he won't play ever again (or something like that)?

Though it was a while back, two comments I did not particularly like on day one were from Noammr and Krazeyivan. Noammr said Zarniwoop would be mafia because he had not been scum for four consecutive games. Perfect case of Gambler's Fallacy if I ever saw one.

But he hasn't been scum for four whole games, FOUR. What're the chances he'd not be scum a fifth time? Slim to none, if you ask me.

Well interesting.

Looking back the first vote today was me for Ankeli then Val for Sath. Then started a Sath-inpsired train on Val.

We either don't lynch or lynch Val today; there's no time to change votes. So .. I'm going to lock the vote (hopefully once Val has posted) and if Val turns up to be non-mafia, can we please start looking at Ankeli, Sath and Asrrin.

ZY is uncharacteristically quiet which I find odd.

I'd rather you leave me on it actually. I'm not sure that I can enjoy the detective work and then pointing fingers part of the game, but defending myself when accused is another thing. At least I'd have something to post about so I don't get mod killed. :cloud9:

I've already said what you just said about locking the lynch,what last night, I would still like to hear from him. What I want to see is if anyone jumps off the lynch that cant happen if its locked

I agree but yesterday he was saying he wouldn't get through 400 posts and he's got what - less than 50 mins - to do it?

I just want to make sure we lynch someone. He isn't my first choice but he'll do if the alternative is inaction. Again.

@ I told - I get that and I dont agree with it either - and I didnt agree with Noodle train yesterday. So I voted someone else both days. My point was that you didnt vote at all.
