Yeah, it looks like 5/6 items can be used in some endgame builds, - 2 are good for a bowazon! That was my best run so far for sure.

And as if the game suddenly realized that it gave me too many goodies in one session, - I got totally skunked last night. Zero uniques and runes up to Ort lol. Was doing the exact same maps and P lvls.
