I got the same feeling, but the other way around!
Found Sur from Hell Baal, Andyface 103/10/30 and my first Gheeds (113/25/14 though..) and after that.. nothing for 2 hours straight!

I wasnt even aware that the countess or any other key dropper could give up more than 1 key anyway
