what is bvc?

What is BvC? sorry if it's nooby, but I heard ppl say its well-rounded and fun so I thought i'd check it out, but i can't find any guides in the barb guide tread and my search function was a bit weirdo.. so what is it? and can someone give a guide? ^^

bvc is short for Barb vs Caster (magekiller barb). For it, you do a typical WW barb setup on skills, minimal strength (and dex if you dual-wield) and massive amounts of life.

*Note: this build is extremely item dependent!!! (Enigma is almost a necessity)

You're so incorrect.

1) BvC is not a magekiller, BvC is a Pubkiller. The name BvC just reflects the way the barbarian's setup _looks_ like.
2) Minimal str is about 63 base if you want to be of any good.
3) Enigma is _not_ almost a necessity, it _is_ a necessity. 100%

As for Mainaman's post, Yes, that guide is a bit outdated by stats placement, but also, the strategies assume you're top-notch godly. Who the heck can execute half of those strategies without being godly? Also, the gear is a bit outdated: 2x HoTos are very bad, dual dooms are _way_ better.

hmmm...i was under the impression that BvC was an exclusive magekiller, and a BvA was a Pubkiller, but i guess you learn something new every day

How come mageslayer barbs, BvCs, as you state, kill smiters, Chargers, WWsins, Bowazons? Those are no caster, if I'm correct.

OOps i haven't read the guide fo so long that i forget he uses 2 hotos ,my bad
2 dooms is the way to go /sometimes widowmaker on switch will make your dueling mucheasier. i.e hammerdins, defensive casters
