A little workaround for the long load times in fullscreen mode. Change your monitor's resolution to 800x600 and play in windowed. This takes care of 90% of the missclicks. :badteeth:
Although since I'm running a dual-monitor setup I still have one vulnerable edge. Now I'm doing ~30s runs popping all the six special chests next to the fireplaces and three corpses, one log and the occasional random chests as well. I still need to find a 4 socket Hunter's Bow for that Harmony...
Edit: I seriously doubt that I'm alone in my hatred towards the Difficulty selection dialog when doing fast runs. I just missclicked to NM and lost my map. Only to find an even better one in only three rolls! Now I only need a way to freeze/save my map...
