Quick question, is this HC or SC? Cause, well, SC goes against my religious beliefs. :P

Sundays pretty much anytime are good for me.
I don't trust myself in HC, never tried it, so this group is planned in SC... though HC certainly fits the Soldiers theme... grr, stupid bugs!

Private Stone reporting for duty sir. I am flexible in the evenings... I am in AZ, so that is GMT -7. Sundays are more open for a range of times... not sure what I have in x-bow supplies, but have a few I'm sure and don't mind playing the odd character.

I'd be interested in participating, not sure what character I'll be using but I'd like to grab an enchantress if possible (hopefully more than one enchantress is ok). If not then I would be happy to make a different character.

As for times, I am in US Central Time (GMT -5), and I'd be ok with playing on evenings Wednesday through Friday, and I'd pretty much be open to anytime on Saturdays and most of Sunday. I'll only be able to participate starting next Wednesday as I have exams and projects due in the next few days.

i live in AZ too. so i'm in the same time zone as opethAZ. ^^

If one of you really want to play enchantess, I'll go with a grenade (and traps? for some sort of combat engineer) assassin, might as well use all those trap skillers I have lying around. Won't be able to use a crossbow though, dunno if that's okay.

Oh yeah, GMT-5 is my timezone.

I live in GMT -5 (US Central Daylight), and am available most Sundays, especially in the evenings. I can play a lot on weeknights, but Sunday is best.

Flipping thorugh my stash, I actually have a Demon Machine that I forgot about, but since I'm playing a Medic, if there is another soldier that needs a strong rifle more than I do, I'll be glad to help out.

This is my crossbow, there are others like it but this one is mine...

I also forgot to mention that I am sure I can host... especially if someone walks me through the process... just got high speed internet so good connection speeds.

I'll go with the paladin/crossbow thing, whatever build the group needs I'm fine with. I thought it would have been cooler w/o any other class as it seems to be just getting to a normal D2 group now, but oh well. I'm gonna go untwinked because that's the play style I prefer when just messing around (Actually finding a rare is fun? Neato!). I'm flexible on sunday thru thursday nights, Mountain time.

If people would like to stick to paladin only, I have no problem with that.
I wouldn't mind seeing a few more paladins than have currently been put forth, or that elusive Sarge barb. A demon enchantress, in my eyes, is trying to break the format, going for the most powerful allowable build. I like the medic volunteer, he defniitely wants in for the tough battles! If we don't have a few huge problems getting through the game (Cold Crow is going to be so fun!), then we did something wrong. ;)

So, looks like this group would deploy on the 15th of May for our first battle, as Sundays has met with success across the board. Now, I may be a little dumb, but I am not THAT dumb to start a new group on Mothers Day (the upcoming 8th, buy gifts!)!

Alright, so I guess we should put together a list of who is in, and doing what. And the time too, I'd prefer not too late at night though.

I'd go either with a holyfiredin, or a grenadiersin, tough call.

In keeping with the all paladin theme you could also have a commando/covert ops paladin using darksight helm, darkglow, and a dagger-class weapon. Maybe only one guy should have the demon machine, most combat teams aren't going to have 8 guys with flame throwers. Perhaps the medic can use a Hand of Blessed Light as his "med-kit" just for a little variety in weapon choices.

i'd like to join. but i dont know how well my connection will hold up. im up to try it though.
so count me in if you need 1 more. with a xbow paly too. conviction if no-one's called it

I thought about that, but at the moment, I don't have one, but I will see if I can trade for one. I think it would be cool, as long as it's not used as an actual weapon.

Way cool idea for the character too (Special Ops Pally).

I am all for going the all pally route with differing "skills". I only have three x-bows in my collection so looks like I can do some MF ing prior to hitting the ground although at least my collection is solid from the start.

Who wants to compile the list of who is in and what builds we want to use? The 15th also works great as a starting point for me.

From the Halls of Montezuma...

My only pally experience is a martyr - sacrifice + synergies.

If that works with ranged, I'd love to play it. If not, add me to the medic list - I love obscure builds. 1.09 dentist anyone?
