Walking speed bug?

Ive noticed that while walking, my character speeds up when I click to pick up loot or take wp/stairs/etc .. but still walks. The movement is definately faster when walking "as action" then walking to random spot on the map. I have 10 FRW boots equipped, nothing more. Anyone can explain it? Weird ...

I've noticed it too occasionally, although I rarely walk except in the beginning when stamina is on the low side. No idea what causes it, but I'm fairly certain it's a bug in game code.

I beleave you are actually running at those times. i can remember being out af stamina, walking a bit (i could see the first bit of yellow) and clicking on a dungeon entrence/exit to have no stamina in the new area... i could be wrong though, it's been a while since i last did that

EDIT: did a quick test using a lvl 1 char walking to the den and clicking it, it definitly takes stamina when you speed up like that, so its running. i suppose you can actually run without stamina this way
