Sorry I wasn't on for the past week folks. My wifey took me away for a milestone birthday..... We went to vegas for a few days, then we stayed in Newport for a few more. Before that XP decided that my dialup networking should be dialup notworking... spent a few days with support on that aswell. Anyway now I'm busy redownloading all the security updates, hot fixes, updated drivers, SP1 because of the quasi-drastic measures MS had me take (I was one step away from having my case sent to "research department").

Ya Bularios I have been away with various stuff; fatty, not sure, he's got a girlfreind to take care of and HoS, well he just moved and I know he has a girlfreind too....
I guess we were bound to get busy with other stuff. I wouldn't have expected us all to get busy at the same time.
Have you met my freind Randy/Daeroth? Or John/NeoBrodie? They are the other key members to our group. Mybe look them up if we aren't on..

Pondering retirement
I'm giving much thought about retiring from the game, only reason why I even play now is because of the people like Fatty,Beat,Hammer,Fatty's good bud Terry which are whom I mainly have joined games with from the forum.
Pubby is really boring for me as it is, with all the stupidy that almost everyone shows(and those lame bots) and there just isn't as much fun in it with these thing always showing up and always happening.
If I do retire, I'm going to give all my stuff to the group that I have been with, and let them do what they want with it. This has been the most honest group that I have been with...dropping ohm's,ist's, and enigma's and bramble to transfer around...and not having to worry about stealing or anything when you go back to the game...and everyone help's out everyone.
I'll let you all know soon of my decision.

well HoS i hate to hear it but being as i haven't been on like at all in the past few weeks i guess i can't really say much. I'm not sure if i have officially retired or not but i do know that i will be taking a break for a good period of time being that i'll have FFXI for my PS2 on wednesday....... i'll still check the forums on a regular basis and post often..... just not sure that theres much left for me to do on the game.
I understand your sentiment Hammer. I will still play Diablo2 every now and then but I know I have played the game about as far as I can in most respects.
I still need to get a few good PvP characters, which I haven't done yet, but those require top equipment that I am not really prepared to mf for at this point...
The forums on the ohter hand... :cheesy: They're a different thing all together now.
If you do decide to give all your stuffs away, Harbinger, the Necro item fund will benefit greatly form your donation.
(I wouldn't mind a few things myself, poison stuff
among others, which I would then doanate after a time probrably too.)
We all keep in touch. We had a good group run there now we rest.

If I do...the Death's Web, Bramble,Soj, and whatever else I had for my Venomancer will be yours. And I'll give you one of the 2 Engima's also.
Though, I will have to decide what to do with my high runes.

Since it seems that we've lost the services of some of the longest playing and most respected necros here, we will have to find somebody new to start the west coast necro fund.

I've been playing Single Player forever so I decided to take the plunge on BNet. I started a new account on USWest (*hakai_no_tenshi) if anyone is interested in a game sometime. My necro is up to A5 NM (clvl 58). I'm usually on between 10pm - 2am Mountain time.

For the fund thing you could do what East did with the accounts and then the items will come, probrably. People will contribute in good time I'd think.

AHHHHH were losing our beautiful thread, the useast is beating us.
This is no good we are losing all our vet players :hanky: just make sure u guys still play every now and then alright and dun completely quit.....
....But if you do my new Necromancer could use some new gearz :howdy:
