Two small D2R patch questions

Hey, folks. I apologize in advance if this info is findable somewhere, I did search both these foruns and Google but didn't find a satisfying reply.

First, about the current patch, it is version 2.3, right? After "checking for updates" my client shows "version 1.1.67554". Is this correct, or do I have to manually force an update?

The second one is about patch 2.4. I couldn't discover if all the new patch 2.4 content and changes are coming to single player too. Are the runewords Ladder-only truly this time, or will we be able to play with all the new changes in Offline mode too?

Your client is fine, everyone's is like that, must be their internal build number.

Single player will receive all the changes from the new patch except for the new runewords. When the ladder ends, single player will receive those runewords as well.
