Trav Barb

well my nec rarely even gets hit by anything other then hydra, he uses death's web/shako faceted/homon/magi/maras/marrows/trang gloves/tgods/raven/dwarf and has anni, almost no charms other then that.
I just don't see any barbs doing more then 1-2 person trav runs in any sort of resonable time frame. They're elemental dmg is crap to a barb imo, main concerns would be mana burn and amp+aura (the extra strong guy can really hurt.

One of the best reason to do this with a Barb is you have the possibillity to Hork the counsil and that doubles the drops. And there are not so many places for a barb to run these days with the massive labyrints of Durance 2 and IM in WSK.

Ohh.. and i think IK armor is around MAL... the rest of the set is going for PGems...

I think i spend some time to test how long it takes to kill councills with ik baba and hork them with massive 128% mf He is pvm build anyways ^^ 4375 life iirc( can have better charms) I remember that i have done it some time ago without any problems, tactic is easy i taunt the minions of from bosses and then i have 3 lonely bossys to ww to death.. not a big deal anyways, full resists, raven, dwarf.. IK-baba i had also in last season because it is so fun to play anywhere in game(yes even chaos is np if soloing, zerkky howl, taunt.. you name it^^, rarely i have attitude to do so)

Flayer jungle in full game is fun, in big pack of flayers, ww leaves trail of ice then they close gap and then ww back hehe

I haven't tried my barb in big games yet (only 3 player games at max), but he's a fast and resilient Travincal runner. They can be amp+aura+mana burn and whatnot but none has been any dangerous to me yet. I charge right in middle of them and War Cry the minons and Frenzy away. Occasionally, when a FE one dies or an Extra Strong gets a hit in while I'm under amp+aura, I notice that I loose some life (like 10-15% of maximum), but Life Tap makes sure that my life bulb is full again in 1 swing.

Yeah, I was starting to miss Whirling around and having 3-4k life. Plus, I forgot to put this in the thread title originally, but I meant for this to be a relatively cheap build. I don't see a Poison Necro Trav runner being all that cheap. And I didn't know IK Armor was so cheap... about how much is it worth nowadays?

I got him to lvl 57 so far... anxiously waiting for lvl 60 when I can equip that sword (even though it was a crappy roll). If nothing else, I'll get a Hell Hellforge drop out of the whole deal, and I'm ok with that.

Honestly PT... I have a Ik armor you can have.... BUT the problem is I rarely have time to get on nowadays working 2 jobs and all. If you are really wanting Ik Armor I would be more then happy to help you get it. They are fairly cheap and last time I got on I believe I saw one lying on my mules. If I don't have one I will definatly help you get one.

Well. How about anything else you need? I have a sorc and a druid that have some leet items on them... They are my mules as to my new characters. Id be more than happy to let you take charge of them. This isnt being nice... Its just I dont have time to play and youd put them to much more power then I will anytime soon... And Everyone know's how I love to start out untwinked. So whataya say? I say you should take them you will be very impressed and will get what you need for your characters. I insist you taked THIS offer.

That's very considerate of you. I don't need much outside of LLD gear, but a friend of mine just started playing again and lost his first char to a PK (the way he described it I couldn't even figure out what exactly it was).

Try to find me at *PhatTrumpet1. I'll try to start leaving one of my chars idle in channel so that hopefully we can meet up. At the very least I could keep your chars refreshed or something.
