TPPK letter/e-mail writing attempt....

Ok, I realize this might not do much, but it is worth a shot. Lets say we arrange a day and try and set an HOUR for a butt load of people to send an e-mail to Blizz requesting the stopping of TPPK.

I think a carefully written nice, to the point, but firm message as sort of a "form letter" meaning we all use the same thing to show some significant unity to the attempt.

Ya ya ya might be wasted time but it is a whole 1-3 mins and you jsut never know what it might take to trigger them to actually do something. I mean.....they fixed Hammers last season pretty quickly and i just dont understand why they cant fix these others.

I would love to see the realms cleaned up. As it is now I dont play at all with the lines reaching the 1300 range its too frustrating plus logging on and not having any of my 24 names online is boring. I think if you wrote a letter to Blizzard for everyone to copy/paste ( yes most people are that lazy) we could generate enough that would have to atleast address us if not the issue

I guess it should include botting as well if you want to do something more directly about the lines for games.

i have an idea for a poll.. how about "should we stop whining about tppk, and lame attempts to coordinate an email petition and send to a company that doesnt care"

tppk is there, live with it.. blizzard doesnt care enough to fix it.. i never liked it, but atleast i was able to face the truth, tppk is "here" to stay.. ("here", because i dont even play the game anymore)

It's a good idea, but a few friends of mine report themselves daily and nothing has happened.

A theory of mine as to why they aren't fixing some of the TPPK skills: The Blizz reps are in BM or some other predominantly TPPK clan.

Then again, it couldn't hurt. So Good Luck.

Bots aren't causing the lines. It's a WP Crash "dupe". Hasn't been proven to work yet, so the theory is that people are crashing servers for fun.

Anyone who thinks that botting doesn't add to lines is really just stupid... as is anyone who doesn't understand the use of a quotation mark.

Dude... Totally uncalled for. Here, have a drink... :drink:

Yes, oh mighty bot master, we simple BM folk have no idea.

Seriously, if blizz cared they'd have taken care of it in a way to neutralize every attack when in town. A letter won't get much done as they have 3 things on their plate, WCG, WoW and Ghost (which will suck...) that all mean money, as opposed to fixing a mistake which costs them instead of pays them

Yep it will cost money to fix, but i beleive it is also costing them future profits by not fixing it as they are gaining a reputation that they dont care. I for one will not buy another Blizz game if they intend to let them become totally corrupt.

Rather diheartening to see you post somehting like this, but I can see how you would since many of your newer buddies are the one botting and TPPKing.

I never like PK all that much but frankly it is disgusting seeing some of the BtK people go to ****, or go to live with **** like they have.

Uh...right. Let's break it down. We had botting in .09, don't remember many lines, 15x max. Last season, lots of botting...didn't notice many lines... This season, lots of botting, huge lines. Oh yeah, your argument makes sense.

Bots use the servers, dupes crash the servers.

where is the "omg, n00b." option? ;)

yeah sure, we can do it.
and we can send pix of TPPKs. Er, is TPPK the same as trigger, or different.

I'm repeating myself here...

TPPK'ers are nothing but kiddish terrorists in this game. I wish Blizz could act like G. Bush. But the reality might be: Blizz and all such in-game terrorists might be just like former Iraq and b laden - who knows if there is any connection or not...

That was actually this thread.

Anyway, TPPK was a d2hackit module where you actually had to type in .tppk go for it to TPPK. Trigger was an improved version with bound keys, so hitting the ` or ~ key did .tppk go for you. Triggers have many more functions that TPPK, of which I won't mention.

you could rewrite the module and build your own, so you trigger/TPPK/drink/whatever the exact way you prefer... in the game, i mean.
