My necro can really use that! Be ready tracul, this time I have some free time to play, so I'm participating in this last week :grin:
 
That Arm of King Leoric would certainly make my necro eject himself from his grave in extacy (yes, that is where necro's sleep).
While I keep searching for the uniques whose names won't fit on my screen, let me (hopefully) entertain you with the following submission:

@Atil: You've got me. I can not do math with numbers , I'm better at math with symbols. Counting the letters of two hundred uniques (not kidding, each trip to Andy's I encounter at least three uniques) tends to make the mind weak :dizzy:. I will feed my liquefied brain more coffee before posting my next series.

On the positive side, and quite OT: these Andy raids of mine have given me some (very) nice gear which I will gladly use to twink my next chars past Bore-mal difficulty (I will not use this post to complain about the lack of SoJ, because the D2 gods are reading this forum too).

Tracul, thanks for the offer! I will fight for the prize first though, since this contest is keeping the boredom away from my Andy runs.
I am working on a LNOTW set, so wait and see.
 
I............. tried to play last night, couldn't............. the game, I have lost interest again! Damn it!!!! We'll anyway, I'm trying again today, I have to find that 25 points name, gotta beat tracul :wink3:
 
@AJK: I was doing the same thing during my MFO runs with Hell Andy which was FYI SoJ-less. Still looking for that dang ring!
@A_M: Wow, such determination!!! You have my respect :worship: But i worry about the other participants...they're too quiet....
Atil, since it's the last week, would you mind if i added something else :shocked: to the LNOTW prize? Just for encouragement! And its not something uber, just a useful elite.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that AoKL and elite unique i'm offering is RRM/RWM tainted. Me bad...will retract if unwelcome.

No problem Tracul, if the others are okay with the mods. I don't use them myself, otherwise I might have entered the competition to try and win it :laugh:

PS Did you get the Amulet? If you did, I can delete it.
 
@Tracul: Since I don't use RRM/RWM and also haven't traded anything yet, I will have to decline your offer, but thanks anyway!
About these Andy runs of mine: I will make very very sure that when I find the SoJ, it will not pass unnoticed. I have statistics on my side and I will not give up (yet). On the other hand, since D2 has scared statistics into a dark corner, I will not set my hopes too high.

@Atil: Can I use the same set of pictures to compete for both the LNOTW and the main prize?
 
AJK: Yes, one set of pictures can win both prizes.

OT: Just to annoy you, I managed to cross this off my "Five Things I Must Find Before I Die" list last year. I also found a Tarnhelm a few weeks ago leaving:

Atil, this certainly proves to me that I should look everywhere BUT at Andy's for the SoJ, but I will keep running her to keep my honour intact.
Here is my LNOTW submission, called Electric Jellyfish, by the same photographer as the other works.


Which adds up to 103 if I didn't mess up the counting again (if I did, it's back to Sesame Street with me).

Good piccies AJK. Those Sorcerressessesss sure have a wide range of attacks.

Not having ever played any of the caster classes :shocked:, do you guys have all the different attacks hotkeyed? My Barbarians are one-attack minded (well, two if they're Bereserking OKs/PIs) and have F1 to F11 filled, but I suspect the other classes need more keys.
 
I tried almost all of the skills at my disposal, since I'm not that easily killed at Nightmare diff. I am so strong in this diff. level that I had to snatch my mercs' weapon away, since he tended to kill my uniques with two hits. Now he only tickles them and makes them laugh for my pictures.

I used to play with my hotkeys set at F1-F11, but once I tried positioning my hotkeys around my left Shift key, I never went back. I need my teleport key where I can reach it immediately, together with static field and my Multi-Kill-O-Zap. Especially with my playstyle, I find myself knee-deep in evil very quickly, so not having to reach for F1 really is a lifesaver.
 
I'm trying to wean myself away from the F keys, but old habits die hard. My son bought me a Wolf Claw Keyboard for Christmas. It's a normal keyboard with this tagged on one side. It's excellent for FPS, but I'm still a bit unsure about using it for D2. (It also made a nice change from getting socks).
 
That wolf claw keyboard looks like an excellent choice for D2. Just don't play HC when you use it for the first time. I can see it already: Gloams launch their death rays of doom, you scramble for the right keys and walk right into their midst... One crispy Barb for table four.

That's one rocking keyboard Atil! For my necro generally only 3 keys, Amp-CE-Attract. Others include decrep,DV,RS,Golem (4 keys) which are rarely used tho. Total: 7 keys!
 
I was hoping for 5x Whoever the Flatulent for my team (Artsy Fartsy), but I haven't found a single one. I'm likely going to have to forfiet without a single screenie :embarassed:
 
Ok, I'm back and my barb Ugh did his very best to please me.
Before I present my pictures I want to say thank you for this idea Atil, it's been great fun collecting all the pictures.

And now to all the nice guys Ugh made acquaintance with during two weeks of picture hunting.

The collection is called "How to kill a barb" Subtitle "Lets count to more than 10" for further explanation on the title see entry number 5 :wink3:

1. DusternisWeberAufschlitzer = 26 counted as 25
2. Faulnis-Fetzer 2x13 =26 counted as 25
3. Stern-Schware 2x12 =24
4. Sturm-Schlamm 2x12=24

and finally - the one and only 2x20 monster - in fact Ugh died a nasty death while I was counting and recounting the characters.
Couldn't belive my own eyes.

5. Scharfzahn-Schlachter 2x20 = 40 counted as 25

which leads to a total score for Ugh of 123 points.
