Titan Quest 2 Announcement!

Hey guys,

Wow, they just announced TQ2! For anyone who has played it should know it was an excellent D2 clone.
Just wondering have you played TQ in the past? What are your thoughts about it?
When they announcement D4 I was completely passive but now with TQ2 I am very excited!

My biggest issue with Titan Quest 1 was that the early game was so slow. I think Grim Dawn basically followed the same pattern and I ended up using a mod to speed the game speed up to 1.5x. I wonder if TQ2 will follow that same pattern or if it will be good at all. THQ is one of the companies that gets it right more than wrong, I feel like... but it's so hard to have any faith anymore.

I agree that the game progression was a bit too slow in the beginning.
They added an option to speed up the game in later versions.

Never got to late late game or anything but I enjoyed it a lot. Felt like you could get away with strange builds and have fun. All builds have aoe/singletarget balance.

Colour theme/feel of graphics and denizens are supercozy. Hope they keep the low profile/historic distance and not marvel universe it. And the skill tree combos stuff was also based. Hype!

They provided some pictures which seem very appealing to me.
No over fancy Graphics, just as they should be.
