Medium+. It's pretty close to a Mara's Kaleidoscope, so it's worth keeping.

But Mara's has better resists and +stats, which are typically more use to an amazon than PLR and min-damage (Mara's has more mana because of +5 Energy)... the only area where that's ahead of a Mara's is the +38 life - which may, or may not, make up for the lower resists & stats on a build. (Actually, if you plan properly for the +5 str/dex/vit on Mara's, that equates to +45 life, so Mara's can be considered ahead there too).

I might use that over Mara's on a Fend/Jab build because of the +damage and PLR, but for most amazon builds I'd pick Mara's first if I wanted +skills & resists from the amulet (or I'd pick Highlords/CatsEye/whatever when I wanted something else from that slot).

Of course, if you don't have Mara's, then it's an obvious keeper.
