Thinking again of moving to Europe...

Yeah... I have NO pvmers save one level 63 enchant/bo barb (demon limb) and he cant do anything but enchant and bo...

My dueler died yesterday, after one day in action (dont ask... I hostiled some high levels in a dueling game because I was bored, not intending to fight them, I saw myself right on the edge of the bridge, apparently, I was not, I died in one WW (2.5k life)
I looted the gear, but a dueler isint a dueler with no charms... I'm thinking I'll try to make a cross realm trade (see if anyone plays east and Europe, and try to get some nice starter gear)

I have some friends on East, but I also dont see many of them very much (Skaman for example.... awesome guy, lots of fun to play with, but we are not on at the same time too often :( )

Thats not everyone... everyone else has quit or I dont see them anymore online... Basically, I see cougar and sip and spade on a lot, shade/billy/tec on some, dont see the rest very much :(

The main reason behind my move is that, like I said, I dont have any pvmers, and somewhat limited pvm items

I will probably do something like make a dueler using my remaining 15 max jewels and whatever else is not traded if i can find a cross-realm trade, and trade the rest for low/mid Europe gear.

Another reason for my possible move is that I think there is a bigger legit pvp community (GM and all) on Europe, which is my big thing, and there seems to be a bigger legit Europe community as a whole.

Not 100% sure I'll move, but its pretty likely...

Any 100% Legit Europe players need another friend on their List (Baranor, I already have your account) And ill probably go check out whats goin on at Gat as well.

Thx sucks. Sorry to hear about that. I don't have any more charms to trade, that's my whole collection since I started on east.

I don't think you need to trade any items to get started on europe, just ask around to see if there's any forum fellow who can chant you. Baal runs and rushed to nm meph.

BTW there's so many lurkers today. Just check out the top of the page, what a sight!
 
Well, I was thinking I would do less of the whole "rushing and mfing" deal... gets boring. I was going to make some fun builds, probably a frost or shock zealot, a bowazon, a bone necromancer (good luck leveling him in a public run though...) A trapassassin, etc etc.

I was hoping to trade my east goodies for some mid level stuff on Europe for any one of the characters... for example, Trade all my high level stuff for maybe, a holy freeze paladin using:
Crushflange
Rockstopper
Twitch or GA
Steelclash
Gore riders
Ravenfrost
etc etc.. you know, some decent gear to get started on Europe, but the kind of gear useful to me for questing as opposed to rushing a mf sorc around.

Ya, you've always been on the PvP train... sorry to hear bout your baba dueler...

I think that's how we met in the 1st place... trading pvp gear... and this was back in 1.09.

i dont think you should goto europe, we are loosing ppl every day much of them quit, but i remember late 09 or mid #1L ppl were quitting or moving, so i think you should stay.


but as you say if the pvp com. on europe are more "legit" i think you should go there, i must agree what ive seen of the high pvpers, has gone downwards.

Hey matt, I haven't been playing as much as I was lately, but lately out of boredom I did go over to europe and I made an untwinked pk. My only char on europe hcl is a lvl 19 untwinked inferno sorc with like a 70 pvp dmg merc, teleport and I think about 350 fire dmg per second on that inferno. She has about 300 life but no block (easy to kill). I found the runes for leaf and stealth from countess runs and stuck whatever rubies I could get in a helm. For the merc I went through old norm cow games to find a pike to use my imbue quest on. All the rest of the gear is gambled rares and random jewelry. Anyways, no ears just took her out for a little pk run and got a lvl 20 zon with full fire res to duel me, well I lost but the sorc is still alive. If you do move to europe I might be a interested in playing with you for a while at least.

I'll give you everything I have on europe (sigs set, non-ladder, possibly expired), for everyone on your /f list...

For real though, it does suck that I never see you online. Stupid time difference! I reckon I should get a tug-boat or 2 and tow australia over to your side of the world. Anyone know anyone in the shipping industry?
 
Well, I could use some starter gear, but its really not nessecary... I was THINKING of playing with no trading.... as in, completly on my own, see how strong I can get... probably trade for PvP gear, but see how strong I can get my pvmers ALL on my own...

Just an idea though... its just as fun getting some decent starter gear and building up, trading, all that fun stuff.... Yeah, I assume you are all refering to the GAT site.. I'll pop over there in a second.

I also believe in 100% legit non hacking. I hate hackers so much.

So whats the deal with east..? europe still has all the ttpkers hackers etc.

Xev-sol, nothing BAD about east... i do belive, from what I have heard only, that East seems to be a bit more hack filled, as in, a higher % of the people use hacks. Just thought I would Give Europe a try because I dont know that many of you too well, and there seems to be an awesome legit community out there for people just like me... so I'm there! I'll add your account :)

Welcome again :)

I think your biggest problem will be the timezones, i remember when seph and jaffy came to europe.
both of them hated the time difference, at first undtill they realized who played at these late hours, you actually get to play d2 with running into little kids who is only able to play hc because of their chicken etc...
