How do people teleport to Andy so fast?
I might not be the best teleporter around, but I can usually get to hell meph 95% of the time without dying. But whenever I try to tele Andy, I die over 50% of the time...

I read this text more than 100 times and I don't have a clue what is the right patern still (sorry English is not my mother language :yawn: ). PLEASE can you be more specific.

1.During this run do I have only/strictly to talk to kashya? no one else? Does talking twice (or more) to her bothers?

2.Does it bother if I alraedy finished Andy quest.

3.Do I need a random unindentified item in my inventory so kashya can look at it and before I go to visit Mrs.Andy? what does this mean: "the ONLY reason andariel drops magic items (after talking to kashya of course) is to identify them and look at their durability, it will be doubled."

I am doing the same thing you have said talk to kashya and go directly to Andy: nothing!

Maybe some Faster Cast Rate will help you. If you teleport fast enough, nothing will hit you. I know, it goes at the cost of MF, but you can have Lidless/Wiz Spike on weapon switch for teleporting.

Sorry to say but Act Bosses cant drop socketed items nor normal items. Not to disprove your theory, just a remark to make your theory more plausible next time you post it.

EDIT: Apart from that your theory looks sound. Indeed if an item can't drop as a set item, it will drop as a magical item with double durability. I shall go test it myself later today.

Christ, people, there's absolutely nothing special about Kaysha.

Warriv, Fara, Akara, Cain, and Gheed will also reset the quest drop.

Actually, I don't even think that you have to talk to a NPC to reset it, although I'm not 100% sure on this one.

Just talk to anybody and thats all, I am certain that this is not it. Tried many times still nothing: Drops have not improved. There has to be something more and I can't figure out what? :scratch:
 
I've done 50-100 runs after talking to Warriv and gotten the quest drop every time.

I'm gonna try doing ten or twenty runs now without talking to anyone to see how that goes.
 
Ok

Did your character open/entered Act 2 before you have started this serie? Only to Warriv and no one else (you didn't trade any healing/mana potions). Did you switch your regular gear with your mf when you gaved Andy her final shot (or is it you are always wearing mf gear)?
 
Just did about fifteen runs without talking to any NPCs, and the drops were the same.

Got a lot of golds, greens, and failed items.
