i_marsolek: I was wondering if there is a way to start a new character without using a different e-mail address to create an account...i.e. can I have more than one character with a single account?

I was told that there was not any way to do this.

I guess you can sell your items there to other players right?

The problem is that it seems like the prices there are ludicrous. There is a meat paste being sold there for 1750 meat. Anyone can make a meat paste out of 10 meat, so are they just being funny?

There is a Hermit Permit and EZ Bake Oven being sold there for far more than you can get it for by just going to the Market. Do people actually buy those items from other players for those prices?

I guess it has to do with need. I knew how to make a volleyball familiar but I didn't have the seal tooth (before I joined the clan) so I think I spent 300 meat for it. The Flea Market gives a player access to a great many items in the game that otherwise may take a long time to find. I also find that when I am just a few points short of reaching the next level for a particular stat and I am out of adventures, I'll scan the market for food to help me.

Wait until you get to the mall, I saw a Bar skin selling for 99,999 meat!! This obiviously was a joke.

These places just give people another chance to interact.
 
You do need different email addresses to start different characters. You could sign up for more at www.anonymous.to or somewhere else if you are interested.
The prices are outrageous. Terretariums for 2599 the cheapest at the mall? Try 500 at the market.

for items in high demand you can usually get them much cheaper on channels, that being said, you can always sell your stuff for a bit cheaper on channels, but that also avoids the flea markets 100 fee and the cost of setting up a shop yourself
 
Ok, lvl 4, now the Spooky Forest is too easy, and the Bat Hole, Whitey's, Tavern, Gnoll's, Barrels are too hard, and the temple will only do 2 randomness. What to do?

Hi everyone, the Mage11 that applied for membership is indeed me. Thanks to those who let Beau know this.

I also feel that I'm caught in the rut of being too tough for the early areas (such as the Spooky Forest & the first up ones in town), but being too weak to do any of the more advanced ones. From what I have read, it seems that you just have to improve your skills (particularly Strength & Moxie) to be able to survive the tougher areas (as well as items). If you're like me and your primary stat has rocketed up, you can access the higher areas, but will get slaughtered.

At the moment, I'm looking into trading items, and trying to make a heap of meat that way. I do have a couple of spider webs & firecrackers (and have even wasted a couple of firecrackers), which it looks like I can sell for a substantial amount of meat, and can then donate that to the cause. I just have this little voice saying that I should really donate the items instead.
 
firecrackers, webs and razor sharp can lids will get you anything from 500-1000 meat each if you sell them in the trade chat channel!
 
Here I am, dokhogg the disco king, at your service. Man I wish you could play longer. DO your adventures carry over to the next day if you don't use them?
