naab, the ilvl is 99 because these were dropped by baal in hell. if your bloodfists had been dropped by hell baal they would be ilvl99 as well.

btw totally GREAT drop from hell baal:D i'd definatly keep these! i bet you were well chuffed ;)

Well, MistressGale finally got to Mephisto after the most hated search of the flail and the body parts. Once she reached Durance of Hate it was a long find to get to level 3.. etc..

Well, after a few re-rolls I can now walk to Durance 3 in under 10 seconds with no monsters.. My 2nd run.. my only good run I saw these.

It's Ilvl is 99 because it's been found off a level99 monster, probably Baal. Item level should not be confused with Required level :)
