I am fairly sure two +19-20 life small charms with the dmg/ar modifiers outclass that grand charm while using one less space.

You realise that 3/20/20 are very rare do you?
That charm gives 10 max, 69 ar, 37 life
3x 3/20/20 gives 9 max, 60 ar, 60 life
23 life vs 1 max, 9 ar

Don't think there's too much superiority for the 3x3/20/20s. And how much are 3/20/20s worth? A few TC87. How about three of them? Hmm...

Seriously, that's an excellent charm, a melee char (like most of mine) or a PvP can sure have a good use to that, but as price goes, I don't know, but I think it is worth something! say, tc81-87?

Personally, I think thats a very handy charm indeed. I wouldn't pay blood for it, but I'd expect to be able to net a Reaper's Toll or Shako for it. It'll work wonders on something like an Avenger or Beserker.

And shouldn't that question go in the Price Check Thread on the Trade Forum?
