str00j only has one 99 -- he left for WoW when his wolfbarb was still 98.

Well ... thing is it requires 35 more levels and it is overall worse than HoZ. Its a good shield to replace it because I understand HoZ might be hard to find but it doesnt have the stunning 82% block chance HoZ has.

You also have a lvl 98, how far are you? put your char on the list here, a little competition is what helps to get to 99.

Agreed, ~300 hours in 1.10/ 1.11 from 98 - 99 is a bit of a commitment :thumbsup:
