I didn't say I wouldn't do it. I just said it wouldn't work. Hmm 
It's somewhere between "motivation for lying" and "extremely confusing role". I'll see if I can make things clearer.
I had not intended on coming completely out because "vengeful murderer" doesn't sound like somebody you want to have hang around very long, so I left some details of my role out in the hopes that I could play one of two angles.
The first angle was to get Danny to speak up, I can use one of my x-shot cure on him and win. I thought that would be the easy path, but after the PNSI thing I didn't think people would want to name claim, but if you read the statement again, he specifically said "forum name" not character/game name which proves the comment a lie because CoolBadGuy has none of those in his name and was killed at night. Oh well... maybe people will be more comfortable coming forth after that, but I'm guessing not, so this path is looking like it's pretty much done and over.
The second angle was to look for somebody with a scummy name perhaps as a result of somebody else's investigation or similar and then use an x-shot strongman on him in the hopes that I found the drug dealer which would also lead me to a win. I figured this would be the more difficult path and clearly is the more "scummy" path, so while I was keeping the option open, I had less hopes for this path than the first and wanted to keep it secret for obvious reasons.
Alas, it seems like I may have to go down in a blaze of glory....
Upon my death, either by lynch or kill I am still allowed to use my shots. If killed, the killer is killed. If lynched I have the opportunity to use both shots as I see fit and if I either cure Danny or kill his drug dealer I can still win, all other options lead to my loss.
doesn't quite work that way, I get to choose who I want to kill in this scenario.
I'm half tempted to assume you're Danny's drug dealer and should shoot you myself just on principle...

I'm sorry, this really has nothing to do with anything, and doesn't advance the topic at hand, but I'm not getting something.
You said that the person was poisoned, but they don't know they were poisoned. Now you are saying that you win if you cure the poison, or kill the poisoned guy's drug dealer. So, the guy (Danny) had to take drugs?
Does that mean that someone's role was "Pot head" You need weed. You will sell the tires off your car in order to get a zone of scag. Any opportunity you get, you take some kind of drug. You have a drug dealer, and he just happens to be at the Most Extreme Elimination Challenge today as well.

I have no idea what his dealer's role is.
I have no idea if the consumption of drugs is an active action or just the initial state he was in.
I was not told to cure poisoned people, I was just told I had to cure Danny.

Wow, I really hate not being able to edit posts. I'll be surprised if I make it through this game without getting in trouble for double/triple posting at times...
When you explained your situation, it reminded me of a movie. When I put the DVD in and started watching it, I realized that the main character's name in the movie that your situation reminded me of was named Danny. So, just a far outfield hunch.
