Ah, that explains it. Kind of like the Eagle Horn Long Bow I found once.
I have decided to avoid checking any stats on the "new" elite uniques. That will make for some nice surprises should I find them. I have only seen one of them so far: Viperfork.

Took this during one of my baal runs, I ran away around the corner expect to regroup, and what do I see? 2X as much more pissed angry bulls charging at me. They whacked my entire army in under 10 sec (clay gloam is already dead as you can see in the ss, merc died a few secs later). Later I counted the corpse, there was two boss pack, one champion pack, and a bunch of regular ones.
