temporary ban in new ladder and 1.12 patch

i have been getting temp banned much more often.

it seems that my slow count to 20 before u leave game doesn't work anymore. i was reading another site and they say your now suppose to be in a game for 10 minutes before leaving. this does seem to be the case. if u leave and join games frequently in a short peroid of time, u seemed to get temporary banned much more quickly and often. it also says doing ANY action repeatedly over time could get u tempory banned. this might be true. i haven't been join and leaving games yet still suddenly i get banned while in the game (though this might jsut be a connection or bnet issue). possible by doing spells/attacks too fast? or chatting too much? no idea but this never happened before to the extent of the tempory ban annoyance now with this new ladder and patch.

anyone also experiences stuff similiar to this or is it jsut me who's imagining things?

My games usually last 10 minutes now, after had been banned once. I think that maybe 10 mins is enough.

My routine if mfing: kill bosses I want and then stay at town at least 1min then making next game but not too fast. If you make too fast game it will error Failed the game or sumthing. I've got temp ban by clicking too many times seals @ cs.. ;D but never with casting spells/attacks, that would be odd. Gotta say this new patch have been very laggy (lots of c/i's, failed games and lagspikes -,-'). Uhh back to topic, also when doing cs runs with other ppl I usually go town for while after Diablo is killed, actually it works.. I just suggest to: Wait for a while in town after you done your things and not to join too fast in games.

Every time you check again, the ban period is extended.
Normally, it's 10 minutes, if you check before ten minutes pass, I think they up it to 20 minutes starting from the latest time you checked.
I cannot confirm any of this. Personally I just wait 20 minutes when I do get banned so I can at least get back on again. Or I just go to sleep like I should have many hours earlier.

i also feel pretty sure that if u keep checking on when the temp ban is over it last longer as well. though i can not actually confirm it either.

as for how long u get temp ban:

i find that most my temp bans must be coming from uber fast cs runs (its hard to avaoid this, some high lvl sorc and paladin zoom to the seals and diablo is released and dead usually in under 5 mins for the entire run) because that is usually the games i'm joining since there's rarely to never any slow complete clearing of river and cs games publically.

this temp ban only lasts 5 mins (maybe 10, i so far been too lazy to pay attention to how much time actually passed and my time guessing is really bad). as long as u wait the (at least) 5 mins u can usually play again when your temp banned from frequent game runnning. i'm sure more serious bans might be longer if not more dire (permanent) like actual voliation of bnet policy or whatever.

i also seem to encounter something thats different from a ban.

this is what i think is happenning:

for some reason i get dropped or whatever from a game. i try to create or join games but i keep gettting dropped. some times a message comes up saying that i'm already logged on in a game on bnet.

what i think is going on is that i did get disconnected from bnet. unfornately, bnet seems to still think that my account and character is still in the game i got dropped from which would explain why i can't get back on.

this usually takes like 30 minutes for bnet to update itself that it had my character and account dropped from the game and bnet and that i am no longer logged onto bnet.
