Steeldriver upgrading question

Howdy

I have a Steeldriver my IK Barb is using and now i am into NM i was pondering upgrading it from Great Maul to Martel de Fer grade. Only problem is i dont know what the req level will be as Great Mauls dont have a req level listed on d2tomb.com and i dont want to do it if it goes beyond my current level.

It wont be getting upgraded further as i have the IK Maul stashed away already.

Upped steeldriver needs level 34. And yes it absolutely wrecks everything in normal and nightmare, even at p8.

It's level req is actually less than Steeldriver's. After the upgrading penalty is applied it'll be 29+5=34 (I think).

Bah so i could have done it ages ago lol

Oh well will upgrade it soon enough then even more damage will be dished out, already does 700-1100 as it is
