On a side note the council members (non-unique) in Durance 3 are also ilvl 90 so it's possible they dropped it, but I was almost positive it was off Mephisto. Anyway, I remember having read an article years back about how the bugged items on realms FIRST came to be (before importing methods) where sometimes 2 items would drop right on top of each other, and one item's base would get the other item's stats (such as wizardspike gloves and such) but I've never even heard of someone personally having this happen, let alone actually had it happen to me, and I've been playing Diablo since the game came out.

That having been said, oh what I wouldn't give for a 1.07 Zakarum's Hand to have been on this belt instead! haha. Take it to 1.13 and have 300% bonus AR (as well as the ED and ias)on a belt for my multi-shot/straffe zon? Oh well, I still like it as a trophy.
 
So it's technically possible to have stuff like snatchii or wizspike gloves in SP? Or would it disappear once forwarded to latest patches..

DAT BELT!! I'd start a new IFT in a heartbeat if I found it myself.

Strange things happen in old patches. I once had baal drop 2 unique chain boots (I believe it was 1.09, but I'm not sure as it's very long ago) and thought "heh, that's just my luck. I'm already wearing those". Back then I didn't know 2 of the same unique isn't supposed to drop in the same game, and I'd never heard of bugged items either, so I didn't care to check them. And now I'm left wondering if one pair could have been a bugged item which I left on ground =/
 
@Fruitvendor: Hold shift and left-click on the life/mana globes. I'm not sure what version this got implemented but I believe it's 1.12+

You dont need shift, just left click on the bottom half of either bulb to get it to show. 1.13
 
Extra Bloody is OW, iirc.

If that belt would keep it's properties forwarded I'd really consider using it.

But I would have to think about what bug is that. How should we compare it, for instance, with MPK bugged rings or bugged LL gear?
 
I see no reason for it not to work in modern patches. All items that have weird stats do work in 1.13. 1.07 shako doesn't change if brought forward.
 
Been running LK on P7 since a little bit before Thanksgiving and really hit hard over the long weekend. Here are the finds I've had in order since then: Gul, Sur, Vex, Sur, Vex, Mal, Ist, Mal. I got my first vita skiller too. A trapsin one, I believe.

Also, I don't always kill monsters while running LK, but when I do:
First Gheed's.

A little OT, but I check these forums almost every but almost never post. It's like I suffer from forum shyness or something. Anyway, I'm going to make a concerted effort to post more cause I really enjoy this community.

council is also a good source - both for runes and gheeds :) (got quite a few gheeds from there, just wear some MF gear; well, there not super common, of course, but still.... comparably common)
 
After reading about someone's (Zaphodbrx, i think) council running 2-handed zealot I started leveling one. I have the runes for Death and an Eth Colossus Sword that I'm thinking about Larzuking. Though having died an embarrassing number of times in act I nightmare, I'm wondering if it's the build for me.

A 2H zealer is probably not for everyone, I agree. That said, if you're dying in NM, you're probably doing something wrong. I owned through all of NM with an upped steeldriver and some parts of Sigons or Iratha's set.

How is the defense rating for superior armors calculated?
600 is the max defense for a sacred armor, 12% of that is 72, so 672 def.

Base defense for Superior armors is max defense+1, so in this case 601 * 1.12 = 673.12 (which gets rounded down).
