It has to be since its above 11% to a single resistance. You can also tell by the name Prefix XXXX and the item version is listed as expansion only rather than 1.10+.
That's what I thought.

Oh how I love surprises from area running! ^^ Now I have two Chams though... And the lame part is that I will be letting them dust for a while I guess, as I have no real plan, bases, items at the moment as to where to put them to use. That's what happens when you get unexpected Chams.
That aside, I really enjoy my area running necromancer. And he has been quite lucky in the rune department in /p7 Pit evening runs since November 18th (roughly two weeks).
Oh, and he has gotten me some higher level uniques (which I had already though, like my second Stormspire) as well as two perfect facets, some decent socketables.
I kind of hope to get a 500+ base defense ethereal Archon Plate. So I will keep running. And everything else will be accepted as a bonus.
