spear-barb + bow-merc

Hi I have a few questions on my only character I play. An EUSCL spear-wielding pvm barbarian plus 1act mercenary that I play solo.
Fist considering my merc I would like to get some comments on her (I didnt find some merc-themed thread but I just might be lazy). The questions on my barb shall follow soon.

Lvl 84 bow-merc:
andariels, eaglehorn and - to my own surprise - aldurs armor

dex 247
life 1410
dmg 284 - 1155
defense 2305
fres 12, cres 42, lres 75, pres 85

I have a 4os ward bow ready to make FAITH in any time. Is it worth? And is this a suitable bow or can I get considerably better one for the runeword?
And I also consider making FORTITUDE in a 4os eth bugged armor. As soon as I get a LO rune somehow Worth the investment or would TREACHERY be sufficient?

I have a Thrower using dual Gimmershred's. I changed from an Act II Might Merc to an Act I Faith merc and noticed a difference. Used Howl a fair bit since I lost my tank, but overall I liked the change. Definitely killed quicker.

oh yeah an a1 faith merc with forty and andys is sexy... id go with umed guilles helm tho...boosts dmg. thats is however considering what kind of barb you are... spear wielder is not enugh info whats your kill skill

I use:
Zeal as I carry PASSION spear
Berserk as I have Ariocs needle +4skills on switch

Zeal is lvl4 a berserk 13 i guess...I also used concentration a lot until I made that Passion...
My barb has a lot unspent statpoints as well as skillpoints. My questions on this coming soon

I am about to make FAITH for my merc. The question is in which bow to make it? I was considering a sup shadow bow...

I use razortail belt and feel like change. To nosferatu perhaps?
I have seen an EBOTD warpike which impressed me, is it the ultimate spear-class weapon for me to get?

Best bows for making a Merc Faith IMO are either a Great or Blade bow, the two fastest bows. Lower reqs means you use them sooner than say Crusader or Hydra (the two more popular choices because they have higher listed damages).
