I have a friend named Darkness (his name, not his character's).

Like Aman, I play single-player, so I, too, can create as many characters as I like and name them whatever I want to.

Here's a few of the better names (IMHO):

Eldoris -- Amazon -- means the golden one

Larme -- Assassin -- means teardrop in French

Dicer -- Double axe, lucky barbarian (uses "serendipity rules"--find only--no buying, gambling, trading)

Jackflash -- Leap Attack Barbarian (from the Rolling Stones song: Jumping Jack Flash

Barebear -- Werebear playing "naked" (no items, weapons, armor equipped)

Beastmaster -- Summoner Druid (from the Andre Norton book)
Fenris -- Wolf Druid (Norse myth)
Natureboy -- Druid
Oursin -- Werebear Druid (Ours means bear in French)
Ur-Suh -- Werebear Druid (like Ursa)
Bonepicker -- Necromancer using "serendipity" (no find) rules
Frankenstein -- Summoner Necromancer
Eisernmann -- Paladin -- mean Iron Man in German
Jackfrost -- Holy Freeze Paladin
Jackhammer -- Zeal & Blessed Hammer Paladin with Hammer-type weapons

Have literally 100's of accounts and i try to make every name fun or worth keeping when i make a mule.

Checked one muleaccount that must have been made when i was creative/lucky

All barbs, so they dont fit to the character ^^

Just by reading this i tried a few to see if they were taken

Coitus - No idea what this means, but it was free
Intercourse - Something with relations between people - i think so.
Copulation - hehe. I swear i have no idea about these words. Cant be sexual or they would sound more appealing.

My usual names are always something that is more a description than a real name. If names could be made with spaces between i would probaly make names like Ellesar Tarsitir hehe

I really dont know if i got panic myself, since if i did it could be on any of those mules i rarely see ^^
 
My cold sorc is Atitbitniply. My javazon is Mandy_McBoob. My Barb is TheVomitDragon from Dane Cook's stand up, my fire sorc used to be called DantesInferno, now she's called Bushfire. My zon is called Raunchy-Sex and my 2 pallies hammerdin and zealot are FrontalLobotomy and SexualHealing respectively. My current necro is called Dorian_Grey! My best name so far ;)

I'm not sure if this is a smart or stupid set of names, but:

I-RushForForge - my hammerdin... its what i DO.
RushMe - pure BO barb. I use him to open cow levels, and bo during difficult times, like ubers. I enjoy having him and I-RushForForge in the same game.
 
I'm going to try to start catching account names, too.

So far the only ones I have are *lol. and *Transvestite

Clever names:

probably hacked people to get them though...
 
Its quite easy to name your chars if you are in a clan or if you tag all your chars. In the past I named all my chars Ael-XXXX.

I think its kinda cool that you gain a lot of respect from a lot of other players just trough your Char name =P
I had a hammerdin called 'Psy' and noone EVER called m noob, but when i swiched char, everyone stard to bug me just as they bugged all the other players in the game .. ;)
