No screenie, but while questing my HC Poison Necro through the Bloody Foothills in Nightmare I stumbled across a Mal.
I didn't think it was possible to get such a drop so early. That's especially impressive, to me anyway, because the only rune higher than that that I've actually had drop from a monster is an Ist.
