Except the Feral Claws do 35% more average damage and have almost double the durability, which will be nice if they are used on a melee assassin. Depending on how often you hit with the claws, 1 durability per 33 seconds will become a bottleneck, making that extra durability very, very worth it.

This one's on my council running WW barb:

Fire Resist +46%
Lightning Resist +19%
Cold Resist +50%
Poison Resist +19%
6% Life stolen per hit
5% Chance to cast Level 3 Frost Nova when struck
Could do without the ctc FN, but it hardly ever triggers (since ctc doesn't work with WW). He's a semi-titan barb, so the str = more damage, and the resist and life leech make him maxed resists and 35% life leech. less than 2k life after BO is another matter, but he rarely dies.
