if that hits the 4-frame ww-break (i'm not sure, it might), than i'd suggest sticking it on a BvB.

unfortunately it doesn't. it needs 40 ias (well, 39 technically) not 30 for 4 frame ww.

(ok, some mods would be better, but I think the +1pala skill can make it orange)
