I've never found, or even seen, a weapon with higher ED.

Socket it with a %ED jewel =) then trade it for billions.

It's too bad that damage is about all it brings to the table, but as a diamond bow you'd be looking at 159-183.

I'll probably up it and try it out; Fal + Um is about an hour's worth of Countess bashing these days.
