I think it missed + skills, but still not a bad one.

I'm no classic expert, but for a non-pala I think the only +skill option for the shield slot is sigon shield.

Thanks! Best one i ever found. Something in the back of my head says it could have had 12% dtm on it but you can't have it all i guess
