Yeah, I was thinking dream sorc, but the elemental damage is so low that even masteries won't help it that much

It's just the AR bonus that's really good. A shock/frost zealer tends to have low AR without fanaticism and little AR gears but with a phase like that problem would be solved.

Definitely possible. You can have up to 450% ED on rares in 1.10+

absorb cold? mf more than possible? dex and str amounts that require level 50? can you say fake?
